  比起其他互联网服务,网约车的边际成本相对较高。团购网站每增加一家店,网站本身成本不会增长。而网约车平台每增加一单,都要完成实实在在的运输,车辆、汽油、劳动力成本都必不可少,而且还要付出补贴,这个成本相当大。

  中国国家发展改革委员会价格监督和反垄断局有关人士表示,一旦并购成功,将具有很强的市场力量,至于对市场竞争秩序和消费者利益有何影响,会不会涉及价格垄断行为,中国国家发展改革委员会将持续关注并做进一步研判。



  
尽快改变非理性的市场环境


  中国道路运输协会会长王丽梅针对并购一事表示,现阶段仍集中在资本领域,对于出租车行业的影响不可预见。“国家刚出台政策规范出租车发展,推动传统出租车和网约车发展,企业的精力应该放在遵守法律法规上,而资本的出发点却往往很复杂。”她说。


  徐康明认为,近年来资本市场对网约车经营服务模式热捧,大量投入资本以取得超额投资回报,给出租车行业造成了很大波动,造成城市公共交通运营效率下降。
