半月无人接盘

上月底，西南联合产权交易所上挂出一则出售股权的公告，49.215%的股权开价仅1万元，这家被贱卖股权的企业就是曾经在手机圈辉煌一时的夏新。如今已经过去半个多月，接盘者却依然没有眉目。

挂牌资料显示，以今年4月30日为评估基准日，夏新资产总计账面价值3247万元，评估价值减值到2981万元，负债6498万元，已资不抵债。净资产账面价值-3251万元，评估价值减值为-3517万元；转让标的对应评估值为-1731万元。

此外，夏新目前的无形资产账面价值为9615万元，评估后无形资产净额仅为567万元。事实上，2008年，夏新商标权曾进行过价值评估，评估结果为1.15亿元人民币。无形资产大幅缩水，夏新的部分商标也处于过有效期的状态。

根据内部人士透露，这次虽然挂牌价仅1万元，但控股方四川九洲电器集团有限责任公司（以下简称“九洲集团”）提出一项转让股权前提条件：受让方需替夏新子公司向九州集团偿还858万元的债务。令人感慨的是，七年前，九洲集团与几家投资方在竞买夏新品牌、夏新手机技术及开发研制等资产时是以1.35亿元成交的。

北京商报记者在《评估报告》中看到，夏新自2014年起便不再盈利，2016年1-4月净利润亏损1亿元，营业收入仅170万元。而且自2015年9月22日夏新董事会“收缩经营”的决议起，该公司未再接新订单合同。

在市场上，夏新手机更是消失得无影无踪。北京商报记者在苏宁、京东、天猫等各大电商网站上搜索发现，全然找不到夏新手机的身影。而夏新手机官网也几乎处于关闭状态，不管是“产品中心”、“新闻中心”还是“网上商城”，点击以后都显示“找不到页面”。

曾经辉煌不再

其实早在今年初，就有消息称夏新已“关门歇业”，客服电话无人接听，官方微博也已荒芜。当时曾有业内人士走访夏新手机总部，该公司有关人士否认了公司关门歇业的说法，但也表示，当时夏新正在寻找新的接盘人。

值得注意的是，北京商报记者从公开信息得知，如今夏新只有在职员工11人，今年6月，44名已与夏新协商解除劳动合同关系的员工，因夏新未支付解除劳动合同的经济补偿和欠付工资，已经向厦门市思明区劳动争议仲裁委员会提出仲裁申请。

资料显示，夏新的前身是夏新电子有限公司，成立于1981年8月，并于1997年在上交所挂牌上市，从做VCD和DVD起家，到巨资投入无绳电话失利，后来转战手机行业，凭借一款夏新A8手机，一时间红遍大江南北。数据显示，夏新手机曾在2002年拿下单款手机盈利8亿元的辉煌成绩；2005年，公司品牌估值高达70.62亿元，达到鼎盛，并邀请当时风头正劲的“超女”冠军李宇春代言。

但2006年后，夏新没能延续之前的辉煌，2007年亏损8亿元；2009年，由于连续三年亏损；12月20日，由四川九洲电器集团、中科创业投资有限公司以及管理团队共同出资收购，成立夏新科技有限公司，作价1.35亿元。2011年又被象屿股份借壳上市。

难逃离场悲剧

九洲集团内部人士分析指出，其实九洲集团和夏新产业跨度大，市场也不同，后期虽然尽力经营，但因为跨度问题，没办法在不同类型的市场得到发展。“当初对夏新品牌和所在行业还是有憧憬的，但九洲集团实在也没有运营下去的资源，希望接盘方能够有能力解决夏新债务和运营问题，保住夏新这个品牌。”

只是，如今负债累累的夏新，剩下的不过是一个空壳。“没有人愿意当这个冤大头，凭空背上近千万元的债务。”中国互联网协会网络营销专家委员洪仕斌坦言。在他看来，夏新与刚刚被鸿海收购的夏普情况还不一样。尽管夏普也是负债累累，但该品牌在全球范围内的影响力还存在，从这方面来说，夏新的品牌价值远没有夏普高，而且夏普所拥有的液晶面板技术，是鸿海在转型过程中一直迫切得到的东西，收购也能帮助鸿海增加与苹果讨价还价的砝码。夏新曾经的辉煌还是在功能机时代，如今的手机市场智能机当道，夏新只不过是一个空壳子，恐怕离破产已经不远了。

“就算有人愿意背上这笔债务，愿意投钱经营夏新公司，手机市场也再没有该品牌的位置。且不说在技术上夏新已经落后一大截，就算资金充足，也难以与这几年兴起的手机品牌抗衡。”洪仕斌如是说。

众所周知，手机市场已经是一片红海，不仅品牌众多，竞争的激烈程度也远胜以往。尤其前几年智能机兴起后，中国国产品牌也借着大潮纷纷崛起，以华为、中兴、小米、OPPO、vivo等为代表的中国国产手机品牌占据了很大一部分市场份额；此外，国外手机品牌苹果、三星、LG等更是背靠资产雄厚的大企业。

其实，夏新的没落也从侧面反映出一大批早期中国国产手机品牌的命运，包括大可乐、百加等，它们或因技术陈旧、产品更新乏力放缓发展步伐，或因核心团队流失而一蹶不振。来自中国信息通信研究院的一组数据显示，2014年初时，中国的手机品牌有540多家；到2014年末，140家已经消失，2015年已经低于100家。
