　　作为回报，2003年，王宗南向复星集团董事长郭某提出其父母欲购买复星集团下属房产公司开发的别墅，郭广昌表示同意。同年1月至9月间，王宗南父母以每平方米3000元，总价208万余元的低价购得上海市松江区涞亭南路两套别墅。经估价，当时上述两套别墅的市场价与实际价格差额合计269万余元。法院认定王宗南非法受贿269万元。

　　对此，复星集团也第一时间发声澄清，称从未在与友谊集团的合作中谋取过任何不当利益，也不存在王宗南给复星的利益输送。复星集团解释称王宗南父母所买别墅的价格，“是在当时市场极端低迷的环境下处于开发商市场折扣区间。”

　　在其去年12月失联之后，有媒体指出，郭广昌被带走或涉做空股市，和已落马的上海“首虎”艾宝俊、泽熙控制人徐翔都有莫大关系。

　　发文谈政商关系

　　今天(8月31日)，复星国际发布2016年中期业绩。截至2016年6月30日，公司实现收入325.05亿元人民币；净利润43.9亿元人民币，同比增长21.4%。
