CPU单线程和多线程性能对比

首先是处理器性能的对比,PC(桌面+笔记本)选取了Core i7-6800K(六核十二线程)、Core i7-6700K(四核八线程)、Core i5-6500(四核四线程)、Core i3-6100(双核四线程)以及Core i7-6700HQ(四核八线程)、Core i5-6200U(双核四线程),其中Core i7-6700HQ和Core i5-6200U面向笔记本市场。

iOS平台则选取了iPad Pro的A9X、iPhone6s的A9、iPad Air 2的A8X和iPhone6的A8,其中iPad Air 2的A8X采用了三核设计,其余均为双核设计。

毫无悬念PC处理器以碾压优势领先手机处理器,而桌面处理器也普遍高于笔记本处理器,但是细看诸如苹果的A9X处理器已经完全具备和中低端移动处理器一教高下的实力,无论是单核性能还是多核性能都比较接近Core i5-6200U处理器,毕竟Core i5-6200U处理器TDP高达15W,如果论能效比,Core i5-6200U处理器可能会输的很惨。

同是手机处理器,苹果和安卓阵营互有输赢,但苹果的优势还是非常明显,特别是A9X芯片,其单核性能让对手望其项背,要知道手机端多任务需求疲软,手机的性能很大的是依赖处理器的单核性能,除了iOS系统的优势,这也是为什么苹果系统的流畅体验一直要优于安卓的原因。

再来看看安卓阵营的三个火枪手:三星、高通、联发科,整体来看联发科无论是单核性能还是多核性能都略逊一筹,而高通骁龙和三星猎户座的对比互有输赢,而三星Exynos 8890无疑是安卓阵营的王座,但高通Snapdragon 820也是不遑多让,紧跟其后。

GPU通用计算性能对比

通用计算性能,Geekbench 4主要考量芯片图形处理单元的Compute计算性能,对于手机芯片而言GPU和CPU单元是整合在一颗Die上,而中高端的笔记本、桌面平台,通常配有独立显卡,而这些显卡肆无忌惮的从电源崛起功耗,自然是手机芯片无法比拟的。

从上图可以看出,排除iOS系统因为Geekbench 4不提供通用计算测试项目,PC通用计算完全碾压移动芯片,即便是iOS系统也很难对抗。通用计算桌面端最强的GeForce GTX 1080是手机端最强的高通Snapdragon 820的23.91倍,即使是Core i5-6200U的iGPU也几乎领先高通Snapdragon 820一倍的性能。

在功耗差异悬殊的情况下,手机芯片在通用计算性能方面将很难和桌面独立显卡产生对抗,毕竟两者的工艺和架构都在同步推进。

通用计算,安卓阵营三星猎户座出人意料的全面落败高通骁龙,而且差异悬殊,甚至比联发科Helio X25还要弱上不少。我们猜测三星猎户座的通用计算性能大跌眼镜一方面可能是其对Geekbench 4并不足,另外跑分软件测试的是处理器的极限峰值性能,而日常使用下处理器不可能一直持续峰值,而且对使用体验影响非常大的温度在跑分软件中无法体现出来。

小结

手机/笔记本/台式机性能大混战测试告一段落,受限于时间本次测试仅汇聚了目前市售的典型产品,另外特别是手机芯片各厂商散热不同,性能本身也有一定差异,所以以上测试成绩仅作为典型参考。

总体来看,本次的处理器性能以及通用计算性能的分布基本在意料之中,但是手机处理器近些年的进步神速已经让PC产品不再孤独求败,特别是苹果的A9X芯片,仅仅用几W的功耗撼平中低端笔记本处理器,抛开性能,能效比无疑会让PC产品汗颜。

而在通用计算性能方面,PC显卡目前的绝对霸主地位并没有受到任何侵袭,毕竟PC显卡可以几乎无限制的功耗和散热,让其堆栈大量的晶体管,性能自然碾压手机芯片,而手机芯片受制于续航和散热,也完全不具备和PC显卡竞争的实力。
