赵女士随即拨打了苹果客服电话，客服人员称，只要提供相应的材料，证明手机是赵女士的，那么应该可以很快找回ID，解除丢失模式。按照客服的要求，赵女士在账号被盗当天就通过邮件提交了自己的手机包装、三包证、购买发票等信息。

高雪峰是一名移动（手机）安全专家，据高雪峰解释，Apple ID账号被盗的事情在很多地方都出现过。

不法分子可能通过撞库的形式取得了机主的邮箱和密码，从而登录其手机管理平台，将手机设置为丢失模式，导致机主无法正常开机使用。

高雪峰建议，在注册Apple ID账号时最好使用与邮箱密码不同的密码。

另外，高雪峰介绍，从技术角度看，苹果公司技术人员找回Apple ID并不困难，实际操作起来很快。但是最麻烦的就是证明手机是自己的需要提供很多资料，例如手机盒和发票，建议机主们尽量保留这些物品。
