公司怀疑,有人研发出了司机端APP软件作弊器。而这些司机使用了相关的作弊软件，对该公司的计算机信息系统运行数据进行了干扰，从而出现“拒单”和“挑单”，挑选路程远、补贴高的优质车单获利。
据网约车平台统计，目前平台司机中，可能有3万多位司机都安装了作弊软件，造成公司经济损失高达600余万元。
侦查

司机通过作弊器软件设置尽可能优质的数据后，作弊软件就会根据设置情况，对网约车公司的计算机系统运行的数据进行干扰，进而实现司机对该公司派发的不符合其设置要求的行车请求“拒单”、同时对其设置的优质单据进行“挑单”，而绕过该公司所设置的约车规则。
在这些聊天群内，卖方不仅售卖作弊器软件，还以2000元到2万元不等的价格全国招代理加盟商。加盟商加盟后，卖方会提供激活100个软件的激活码，当加盟方激活码用完后，再继续购买。
抓捕
团伙广州落网5人涉案100余万
警方随后对相关聊天群中售卖作弊器软件聊天号进行调查，警方很快锁定了一个以庞某为首的5人犯罪团伙的身份。
该团伙分工明确，庞某某为团伙头目，在他的组织下，贾某某和肖某某负责客服和销售，陈某为用户开发和升级作弊软件，刘某某为下线代理商。
今年8月24日，网安总队民警调查得知，这5名团伙成员正在广州市推广加盟作弊软件业务，立刻赶往广州。在当地中国公安部门的大力支持下，民警锁定了5人在白云区的租住地并在附近展开蹲守。
2016年8月28日上午，民警蹲守确定5人都在屋内熟睡，通过房东打开屋门，冲进屋内，将5人抓获。现场扣押涉案手机30余部，涉案电脑3台,并根据他们的银行账户等证据，初步查明该案涉案金额高达100余万元。

今年年初，陈某通过编程制作了一款作弊器软件的雏形，随后两人进行了反复的测试和修改，今年5月制作出了成熟的版本。随后，庞某某将同为出租车司机的老朋友贾某某、通过网络认识的情人肖某某找来组成团伙，开始对外销售作弊器软件，在对外销售的过程中拉拢来软件加盟商刘某某。
起初，庞某某团伙在银川的出租车队或者相关快车司机团队内推销售卖作弊器软件，并通过聊天群以熟客介绍的方式拉来新司机继续售卖，获利不少。今年5月，团伙开始前往东北三省省会城市、北京、深圳、南京、广州等城市巡游，在当地招纳自己的加盟商的同时四处游玩挥霍。
据了解，团伙获利后，庞某某分得4成、陈某分得4成、贾某某分得2成，肖某某则给开工资，刘某某只通过加盟，自己销售软件获利。
