一口气读完《成为乔布斯》,我能够理解为什么这本传记是现在苹果公司那群乔布斯的团队们真正承认和喜爱的书,因为里面有一个他们熟悉的乔布斯,不是那个所谓的天才和混蛋的结合体,而是一个不断成熟变化着的人。

创新是一个点滴的过程

我尤其喜欢乔布斯在皮克斯的那段故事,按照施兰德的说法,乔布斯买下皮克斯完全是无心插柳,然而皮克斯却大获成功。

“在皮克斯,他逐渐巩固了自身的两大优势:一是在逆境中奋起反击,二是将一项创新挖掘到极致从而成为行业领袖。也就是说,被逼入绝境时他学会了如何保持冷静,在顺境中他学会了如何飞奔前进。也是在皮克斯,他慢慢领会到,最好的管理技能就是放手,给予手下的优秀人才足够的空间,尽管这与他的天性是相违背的。”
