时过境迁,对于身价曾经一度达到数十亿乃至百亿,被称作“中国Facebook”的社交平台,10.8亿的收购价,对于开心网而言,是最好的落幕和归宿吗?

“迅速崛起,走向没落”

对于大多数熟悉开心网的人而言,开心网最初火起来要追溯到2008年的一股“全民偷菜潮”,这款游戏的火热度绝不亚于此前火爆全球的口袋游戏,当时这款游戏的玩家多数都有过定好闹钟凌晨起床偷菜的经历。

就在创立一年后不久,开心网便借助这款火爆全民的“偷菜”游戏登上巅峰,“开心人信息”用户增长率达到500%,用户即超过6000万,创立一年时估值便超过1亿美元。据当时的媒体报道,2010年,开心网年收入3亿元。

但是,在经历了巅峰之后,开心网也开始遭遇产品后劲不足的瓶颈,出现了不同程度的下滑。数据显示,从2010年开始,开心网的访问量迅速下降,人均网站驻留时间则从最高时的40分钟下降到不足十分钟。从当时谷歌发布的全球网站TOP1000排行榜来看,开心网2010年6月的全球排名是第107位,而一年后,却下跌到235位。

2011年,“开心人信息”的国内同行业竞争对手人人网率先实现赴美上市,上市首日市值高达70亿美元(约合470亿元人民币)。根据当时人人网的身价,“开心人信息”在当时曾被认为应享有同等的估值。

2012年4月底,开心网的注册用户虽然突破了1.3亿,但当时开心网的活跃度已经大不如从前。

随即,开心网开始转型并着力于发展游戏研发与发行业务。主要研发和运营的游戏为三国题材类的策略游戏《一统天下》、《三国群英传》等。据程炳皓透露,2015年,开心网游戏业务获得了数千万的利润,但这也并未改写此后的结局。

事实上,不只是面临着内部产品后劲不足的问题,从2011年开始,开心网也开始在很多社交平台的挤压下渐渐失去了竞争优势。彼时,QQ的强势增长、人人网到达顶峰、微博的崛起、以及后来微信的横空出世,都给开心网带来了不少的压力,使得它最终无法在社交战场上驰骋。

风云变幻,就在短短的几年间,已上市的人人网和未上市的“开心人信息”双双走向没落。

“最终的落幕:10.8亿,买贵了?”

据开心人信息公开的业绩数据显示,在2014~2015年,社交平台收入占比分别为39%、23%,仅仅今年前八个月,其社交平台收入仅为1512万元,占比仅13%,其余均为移动网络游戏的收入。由此看来,其社交平台的收入占比逐年下降很快,目前其主要业务已经转变成移动网络游戏。

今年的7月20日,赛为智能首次公开拟收购“开心人信息”的框架协议。7月21日,“开心人信息”创始人兼CEO程炳皓宣布辞职。彼时,同样根据当时人人网6亿美元的市值来预测,“开心人信息”的身价被一些市场分析人士认为“不会超过40亿人民币”。

然而,最终敲定的10亿元的显然比此前的预期还要低。即便如此,作为赛为智能的投资者,不少人对这起交易的评价仍然是“买贵了”。

对于开心网而言,当下虽然曲线实现了上市,但其创始人在出售开心网时就选择了辞职,这对于开心网的未来而言,至少在领导方向上确实前途未卜。而对于收购开心网的赛为智能而言,《中国企业家》在其官网页面查询到,其主营业务主要集中在智能交通、建筑、医疗等领域,这与开心网的主营业务也并无太大的关联,被收购麾下的开心网恐怕也难以出现反弹。
