Tobii, 40% of all shareholders voted in favour of the financing plan.

此外，该公司还表示，目前一家大的智能手机制造商已经采用其眼动追踪技术进行新型智能手机的研发。

据悉，Tobii的系统使用不可见的红外光纤对眼球运动进行跟踪。系统中的传感器实时监测眼球视网膜以及角膜的反射光，从而确定眼球在哪里，往哪里看。

随着眼动技术的日益发展，谷歌上月收购了同业公司Eyefluence。

Tobii表示，所有股东40%的投票表示支持该融资计划。

假设该融资被批准，Tobii计划于2017年至2019年在虚拟现实技术中投资1.5亿克朗，在智能手机技术上再投入1.5亿克朗。

今年以来，Tobii股价走势平平，但其自上市以来已经上涨近170%。
