也就是说,Adobe的回归,并不是为了征战个人用户市场。相较于难以根治的盗版的个人用户市场,不如从创意公司入手,变现更为直接和便利。那么问题来了,那么多创意公司,真的会为它付费嘛?

在对比Adobe的时候,其实另一家备受盗版所害的公司更应该被我们关心。那就是微软微软在中国与盗版抗争的血泪史,比任何一家公司都来的真。在XP的年代,几乎每台电脑都是一套“深度”、“电脑之家”、“番茄之家”的Ghost系统。但是,随着微软与各大电脑厂商的“暧昧”(谈判),厂商新出的电脑上都预装了正版的Windows系统。

在今年,越来越多厂商开始随出厂电脑附送Office家庭版,微软的正版授权与厂商紧紧的绑定在了一起。而微软面向个人的订阅服务——Office365,更是在今年的双十一斩获佳绩。配合双十一大促,Office365个人版99元/年,被疯狂的消费者买断了货。换句话,在当下的中国市场,越来越多用户开始思考如何去拥有一套正版的软件订阅授权,而不再继续寻找盗版软件的灰色地带。

微软近年来也是动作频频,一度成为了Mac OS & iOS平台上的最佳开发者。其Office 365最大的价值也在于能够实现微软提供的云服务,在多平台同步。更为令人深思的是,中国国产手机厂商也开始了与微软合作,例如小米,在当前的MIUI开发版(小米手机系统的预览版),就已经内置了微软Office全套软件。但金山的WPS也同样预装进了小米系统中。微软与另一知名ROM——CyanogenMod也进行了深度合作。可以说,微软的个人订阅用户大爆发,离不开它在多平台进行了Office应用的开发,以及继续保持它与厂商合作暧昧的一贯战略。

其实厂商的正版推动计划从一开始就再摸索中前行,对于不少教育行业的人来说,这些专业性软件厂商都给予了许多优惠与帮助。例如,微软的Office 365教育授权,授予教师&学生免费使用权。而在Office 365的教育授权计划前,其实它也和一些软件代理商进行了教育优惠合作。例如赛尔校园先锋号,它不仅仅有Office的教育优惠,也有Adobe CS6系列的优惠价格。

这一切都可以视作两家在中国市场备受盗版其害的公司,为了拉拢下一代消费者的营销活动。毕竟比起用户选择一毛钱都不花的盗版,即使在冰点价格的自家产品,依旧能够多少让自己的财务报告更加好看。

苹果的APP Store在今年第三季度报告中显示,中国在苹果iOS系统App Store的总营收首次超越了美国成为全球第一。这的确是一个让所有开发者都对中国区市场燃起信心的好消息,毕竟昔日的开发者之伤,成为另一座开发者的宝地。

当然,这次进入中国的Adobe Creative Cloud本质上是一项云服务,能够将你的创作上传到云端进行同步。在用户更换电脑,而导致PSD中的字体缺失这一槽点。Adobe Creative Cloud也提供了解决方案——Typekit,这项功能能够将用户的字体信息存储在Adobe的云端,这样用户只需要登陆了Creative Cloud,就能够同步他在云端的字体。而这一功能其实在Adobe CC 2014就已经拥有了,但由于CC迟迟没法在中国市场投放,因此没有用户能够享受到Adobe带来的这项云服务便利。

在国内云服务大解体的背景下,Adobe Creative Cloud的回归,能否在版权意识逐渐苏醒的中国市场上分得自己的一杯羹?就目前来看,Adobe公司并不是很在意获取足量的散户(个人用户),而是延续微软的办法,抓住创意公司(微软抓住厂商),与政府合作(Adobe在回归发布会中,感谢上海政府的支持),持续推出类似Typekit这样的云服务为用户粘性加持。以Adobe的行业地位以及一个较为成熟的推广方式,一定会在Adobe盗版泛滥的版图中撕裂出一个缺口

但这并不意味着,Adobe的盗版版图将会在中国市场上消失。因为App Store和微软中国的成功,源于他们所做的营销活动(App Store的1元APP与微软中国的Office 365降价)。目前在Adobe中国官网,并有查到Adobe的定价信息,需要用咨询的方式才能得知具体订阅价格。但以Adobe以往的定价,恐怕也只有特别赚钱的创意公司能够负担起。
