另外从明年开始，多数手机厂商会逐渐在旗舰机中摒弃金属机身设计，转而采用玻璃/陶瓷材质，而这其中最大的推动力则是来自苹果的iPhone，明年苹果新一代iPhone会重新回归玻璃机身，这一转变会引起其他手机厂商纷纷跟风做玻璃材质的手机，所以说，炒股的同学不妨从2017年初开始关注一下做玻璃加工的A股上市公司，最好是跟苹果有合作关系的那些，比如蓝思科技，到2017年底这些公司的股价会随着iPhone的利好而上涨。

原因主要有两方面，一方面是中国国产厂商自身实力还有待提高，研发能力跟苹果三星依然有较大差距，技术储备是个持续性的投资，中国国产厂商在这方面还有许多路要走；另一方面，说到这可能有人质疑了；“为什么中国国产厂商在高端手机市场难有突破？今年的小米MIX、华为Mate 9保时捷设计难道不是高端手机吗？明年完全有可能做出更高端的产品啊。”
其实这一质疑完全正确，笔者也不否定诸如小米MIX、华为Mate 9保时捷设计是高端手机，但是大众消费者很难买得到，这就涉及到供应链问题，真正核心的元器件中国国产厂商基本上是拿不到多少货的，比如华为Mate 9保时捷设计的曲面屏来自三星，三星不可能大批量供应，没人会搬起石头砸自己的脚。
另一种情况是能拿到顶级元器件但产能跟不上,小米MIX就是这样的例子，陶瓷机身良品率很低，完全满足不了市场需求。而真正有能力做出与售价匹配且能大批量出货的的高端手机的厂商只有苹果三星，三星是由于产业链布局广，基本所有的元器件都能自己生产，而这其中的杀手锏便是AMOLED屏幕；而苹果则拥有在行业中的特殊地位，财大气粗，没有哪个手机零配件供应链厂商会不跟苹果合作，毕竟没人跟钱过不去。
