12月28日,微信之父张小龙微信公开课上专门做了关于微信小程序的演讲,详细介绍了微信小程序的能力和小程序背后的理念,以及宣布2017年1月9日微信小程序正式发布。总结一下演讲内容,提到的小程序能力的FAQ:

? 小程序在微信里是没有入口的,小程序的启动来自扫码

? 没有小程序商店提供搜索和下载

? 小程序和订阅号没有关系

? 小程序不能推送消息

? 小程序不能分享到朋友圈,但可以分享给好友和微信

? 小程序不能做游戏

? 小程序能被搜到,但会被极力限制

通过以上的FAQ以及张小龙讲解的背后理念,微信小程序的能力完全符合我当初的判断,我在11月初写的文章「微信小程序被高估了」,现在看来完全命中。

微信的威力在于哪里?「社交关系链」。微信的流量入口在哪里?「首屏对话列表」和「朋友圈」。微信的社交关系链至今没有对外开放,而微信的流量入口一直被微信严格控制。

大家思考一个问题:「为什么微信订阅号这么成功,而服务号成功的寥寥无几?」依靠订阅号吸引百万粉丝的自媒体,构建了自己商业模式的公司比比皆是,但依靠服务号做起来的创业项目为什么几乎看不到?

这背后的本质原因在于流量导入:订阅号可以每天发一篇,可以在「首屏对话列表」这个主要的入口瓜分到一定的首次流量,每天一篇的量也足以在朋友圈转发找到足够的存在感,进一步瓜分微信二次流量;而服务号每周才能发一篇,分不到多少首次流量,在朋友圈分享的存在感更低,二次流量更少了。

从张小龙的阐述来看,微信小程序的出发点更多是为了连接线下的服务 ,从这一点出发,微信小程序并不是给O2O厂商带线上流量,而是让O2O厂商给微信带线下的流量的。但是这个目的是否能够达到都令人质疑。

因为,O2O厂商通过扫码直接进入HTML5页面提供轻量级交互,已经可以提供较为完善的服务了。小程序相比HTML5,除了可以全屏显示之外,在轻量级交互上能够更进一步提升用户体验的空间很小。但是小程序的开发自成一体,比HTML5的门槛要高一些,因此O2O厂商是否会因为此类低频应用去开发小程序,是需要观望的。或者说,小程序没有带来颠覆性的改变,不足以推动O2O厂商大量投入。

那么微信小程序的红利究竟在哪里呢?我在「微信小程序被高估了」提出:

微信的产品框架内,微信群是一个潜力非常巨大,用户需求非常旺盛,但是长期被微信官方忽视的社交功能。在移动互联网时代,微信群取代了传统的BBS,构建了微信用户体系内的各种垂直兴趣社群;微信群还承载了很多订阅号的延伸功能,被很多自媒体用来维护粉丝关系;此外微信群还是各种微商营销维护客户最核心的工具;最后微信群还广泛的被应用于很多公司和组织作为内部交流工具等等。

试想,如果微信开放群API接口,允许第三方开发者通过小程序为微信群扩展各种各样的功能,群的生态将多么繁荣?而第三方应用则可以借助群的传播力量,快速获取流量,产生很多变现的玩法。

从今天张小龙的演讲当中,我们看到了这个方向的希望:

但是小程序可以分享到聊天里面,可以分享到群里面。其实分享到群里面和聊天里面是有非常大的一个想象空间。我记得我们内部在讨论这个功能的时候,把一个小程序分享到一个群里面的时候,其实刚开始的形态是非常简陋的,就是我把一个小程序发到一个群里面而已,那只是利用群做了一个传播,让这个群里面的使用这个小程序。但是其实小程序的分享不仅仅是这样子,小程序的分享更多的是希望能够带来一种新的协作的方式。

当我把一个投票的小程序发到群里的时候,意味着群里面的每个人可以立即启动这个小程序,并且利用投票,每个人可以看到其他人的投票。对于一个群来说,这个小程序带有每个人的登录状态,大家访问的是同一个小程序的任务。基于这样群的任务,它可以被群里面的所有人共享,当任何一个人更新群里小程序状态的时候,群里其他人都是可以看到的,基于这个想法你可以想象得到,可能会存在非常多的一些协作式的小程序。

我们更希望的是我分享到群里面这一页的信息它是活的,所谓活的意思就是当它出现在一个聊天里的时候,你甚至不用点进去你就能看到这个小程序的表现。我相信这种协作式的任务,对于小程序的分享会起到一个很大的帮助,我们可以在里面构思出非常多的需要群组一起完成任务的小程序。

也就是说:小程序很可能作为插件的方式用来增强微信群的功能。

但是如果有了小程序,群主可以直接把小程序页分享到群里面,群用户在群聊天里面就可以直接看到页面状态更新,一次点击就可以打开全屏程序。因此微信群+小程序群插件,将彻底扩充微信群的功能,成为微信时代的BBS。我乐观的预期微信群插件的开发将非常繁荣。

最后,我们在探索微信群插件的道路上已经取得了不少成绩,几个月的时间实践更让我们相信微信群+小程序将成为一对威力十足的组合,这绝对是微信小程序真正收割红利的机会。
