>　　据台湾“中央社”1月6日援引日媒报道，日本政府为应对中国大陆与日本因钓鱼岛起冲突，将拟定《统和防卫战略》。此外，日本自卫队与美军为了联手加强日本西南群岛的防卫，也将拟订《美日共同作战计划》。因中国大陆在太平洋活动趋于频繁，日本希望“做好万全准备”。

>　　报道引述多位日本政府相关人士称，日本假设中国大陆与日本可能发生的冲突，比如“中国大陆渔业海监船与日本海上保安厅巡逻船偶发冲突”﹑“中国大陆派遣海军舰艇”﹑“解放军空降部队登陆钓鱼岛”等情况。

>　　报道称，日本的安全保障政策以《国家安全保障战略》为核心，制定显示中长期方针的《防卫大纲》、显示5年之间主要装备目标的《中期防卫力整备计划》等。日本政府将调整保安政策体系，考虑将《统和防卫战略》的位阶列于《防卫大纲》之下。
