网帖曝“新三板王宝强事件”
这起被称作“新三板王宝强事件”的纠纷，涉及三位当事人：穗源科技董事长江秋平、董事长夫人杨思敏、秘书何文伟。

去年11月开始，多份网帖在网络上流传。网帖称，何文伟在任职穗源科技秘书期间，“多次向董事长夫人杨思敏大献殷勤，后发展成不正当关系”，“后来，两人私情被董事长察觉，何文伟被公司辞退”。
“近日，何文伟怂恿杨思敏以离婚诉讼的方式，冻结公司财产和股权，以求通过分割财产与股权达到占有广东穗源的目的。”网帖称，“不少社会人士评价称，简直是宋喆马蓉的翻版。”

穗源科技总股本4660.2万股，1月9日收盘价为2.6元/股。目前，江秋平所持有的1664.5万股股票，市值4327.7万元。
如果法院判定均分财产，杨思敏将会分得近半财产，即近832.25万股股票，市值约2163余万元。
江秋平称，目前大多数股东站在他这边，“无论如何也不会让杨思敏等人进来”。

江秋平还曾说到，“人生需执着才能恒久生辉、事业要用心方可丰盛光华”，公司的成长和进步源于这种精神，也正是这种精神使我公司经受住了风雨的磨励，在市场中披荆斩棘，不断壮大。
穗源科技2016年半年报显示，实现营收1432.7万元、净利润50.5万元，资产总额0.9亿元。2015年，公司实现营收2166.14万元，净利润-60.1万元。
其官网称，公司经营的水田以支付田租再返聘农户耕作方式经营，目前，“公司+农户”方式水田参与农户1000余户，带动越来越多的农户共同发展致富。

律师建议，公司创始人可采取代持股份规避
“在这类离婚案件中，法律会考虑无过错的一方，但法律却没有照顾他们的利益，这一块法律可能需要细化。”律师钟兰安说。
