  2016平均准点率为70.4% 延误时长哪家强?

  根据总结报告,2016年国内机场整体出港准点率为70.4%,相比2015年提高7.0%,起飞平均延误时长为33分钟,相比去年缩短6分钟。虽然准点率还是没有你期待的那么高,不过有一说一,为了你能准点起飞,民航一线的大大们已经操碎了心。


  但千万级别机场的出港准点率,华东地区的情况实在不容乐观。根据飞常准披露的数据显示,千万级别机场榜单,上海浦东52.4%准点率倒数第一,南京禄口56.5%倒数第二,上海虹桥57.2%倒数第三,厦门59.1%倒数第四,北京首都60.7%倒数第五。其中浦东和虹桥全年起飞平均延误时长均为48分钟,比榜首的西安咸阳机场整整多了23分钟。

  看看新闻Knews记者采访了知名航空新媒体“晨翼尖”博主秦岭,作为资深业内人士的他,給我们分析了大上海机场准点率低的原因:“浦东准点率垫底,我认为主因还是空域紧张造成的,也不是民航一家就能解决,需要顶层设计解决;第二,2016年全年,中国异常天气对浦东机场运行冲击比较大,经常还不是浦东本场天气不佳,受广州、成都、北京、香港等地天气影响,导致飞机周转跟不上,影响后续航班;第三,浦东两组一起一落的跑道运行模式,还没有发挥最佳模式,还无法做到就近起飞,经常滑行、等待时间超过半小时。”


  毕竟没有机场愿意做差等生总是被局方通报,浦东机场此前也做过诸多努力,但航班总量大,空域紧张等问题,还是让延误问题迟迟难解。身处国际化大都市,要承载国际化的运力,浦东虹桥二机场,任重道远。


  出港总量谁是老大?国际航班量增速惊人


  还有一组数据值得一看,2016年,所有机场实际出港航班总量为389.5万班次,同比增长9.5%,领跑全球。暑期7、8月份的航班量最多,分别为34.5万和35.5万班次。


  飞常准首席数据科学家黄文野接受看看新闻Knews记者采访时表示,中国作为全球第二大航空运输系统,中国民航目前平均每天运行1万多个航班,每月运送3000多万人次旅客。


  各地机场方面,北京首都机场以全年29.2万班次,拔得国内机场出港量头筹,上海浦东21.9万、广州白云20.7万班次位居第二第三。而在国际航班方面,上海浦东以全年9.4万班次稳居榜首。

  2016年中国国际航班总量为40.3万班次,同比增长13.6%;国内航班总量为349.2万班次,同比增长9.1%;国际航班的同比增长速度远远快于国内航班。这或许可以从侧面印证,出国旅行成为越来越多人的选择。
