LinkedIn reports: the Internet industry job-the most popular Internet job-IT information

On January 12, workplace social networking platform LinkedIn (collar-English) and Bain jointly issued the report on Chinese business leadership insights, reports led the British-based talent data analyses, covers 18 industries, China, 220 large of 25,000 employees.

1月12日,职场社交平台LinkedIn(领英)和贝恩公司联合发布《中国商界领导力洞察报告》,报告基于领英的人才数据进行分析,涵盖了中国18个行业、220家大型企业的25000名员工。

报告显示,互联网、公关和奢侈品是跳槽最多的三大行业,而航空、物流和工业设备制造行业人才流动较少。电子商务、大数据、在线营销领域的领导者角色正在浮现,随着诸多行业的快速数字化,这一趋势还将持续增加。

人力资源负责人普遍认为,中国企业领导者跳槽频繁。超过40%的领导者在过去五年内换过公司,其中超过一半是跨界跳槽。本土企业间的人才争夺战尤为激烈,超过51%的领导者在过去五年内换过公司。过去五年间,只有10%的跨国企业领导者来自本土企业,而将近1/3的本土企业领导者在过去五年内曾就职于跨国企业。不断扩张业务的本土企业所提供的职业发展机遇的确更具优势。

本土公司在经验、薪酬及员工培训和发展路径方面都在不断改进,跨国公司必须重新思考其人才战略,以确保中国精英能看到公司为其提供的全球化发展机会。中国本地人才将很快接任中国市场上曾由外国人占据的管理和领导职位。事实上,目前在华经营的跨国公司中,近60%的亚太/亚洲区域领导职务是由中国人担任的。

另外,报告还对领导者学历、年龄等信息进行了分析。中国企业领导者中具备研究生学位的非常普遍:总监及以上级别领导者中,具有研究生或更高学位者(包括硕士、MBA和博士)超过60%。跨国企业领导者具有MBA学位的人数是普通企业的两倍。而企业领导者的平均年龄为39岁,这一数字一定程度上归咎于领英用户整体偏年轻化。相比跨国企业,本土公司拥有更多35岁以下的领导者。
