接网友反映“曲靖市‘采花’扶贫工作队把贫困户妇女都扶到床上去了”的舆情后，县纪委牵头，组织后所镇、扶贫等相关部门进行调查，现将调查情况通报如下：
唐XX，男，汉族，四川省绵阳市安州区人，2015年9月兼任双诺村村委第一党总支书记，2016年1月兼任市煤炭局驻双诺村扶贫工作队队长。
按照市、县统一部署，从2015年8月起，曲靖市煤炭局的精准扶贫挂钩点确定为富源县后所镇双诺村委会。为落实精准扶贫要求，市煤炭局成立市煤炭局驻双诺村扶贫工作队，共7人，由副调研员杨X任工作队队长，副调研员唐XX任驻双诺村村委第一党总支书记，程XX、袁XX、王XX、徐XX、吕XX为驻村扶贫工作队队员。工作队于2015年9月进驻双诺村实施精准扶贫工作。后因工作需要，自2016年1月起，由驻双诺村村委第一党总支书记唐XX兼任驻村扶贫工作队队长。
经调查走访了解部分群众，市煤炭局帮扶双诺村扶贫以来，为该村协调引进项目资金923.86万元，其中，市煤炭局直接投入108.48万元，主要用于双诺村基础设施项目建设（水、电、路、通讯、村级活动广场和卫生室建设等）、发展辣椒、发展大河乌猪养殖、中药材产业以及组织农民技术培训等。驻村工作队员与原单位工作脱钩，全身心开展扶贫工作，全村精准扶贫工作成效明显。
经调查：为使驻村工作队员住得下来，全身心投入精准扶贫工作，市煤炭局从为工作队员长期驻村提供必要基本保障、同时不增加基层负担的角度考虑，及时开会研究决定由本单位出资，委托双诺村委会购买床及床上用品供工作队员驻村期间使用。共开支5100元，其中：买床5张，支出2800元（每张560元），买床上用品支出2300元。支出费用由市煤炭局承担。
经核实：在驻村扶贫工作队进驻双诺村之前，双诺村委会食堂未能正常开办。为了在组织实施精准扶贫工作期间，方便驻村工作队员和双诺村委会工作人员就餐，市煤炭局按照规定下拨工作队队员生活经费给双诺村委会，帮助双诺村委会正常开办食堂。因经费有限及距离城镇较远等原因，双诺村委会确定食堂的菜品标准为一荤、两素、一汤，每餐的菜品由村委会报账员和食堂工作人员决定和安排。经对相关人员核实，没有反映出驻村扶贫工作队队员对菜品提要求和少了五个菜品就骂人的情况，也没有反映出驻村工作队员杨X在就餐时要求他人陪酒的情况。
经调查：唐XX本人证实，网络发出的聊天记录截图，唐XX与毕XX的微信聊天记录属实。毕XX，女，四川省绵阳市游仙区人，微信名为“宁静致远”，于2007年与双诺村委会海戛村的村民敖XX结为夫妻，夫妇二人长年居住在绵阳市游仙区打工。
经核实了解，唐XX与毕XX于2015年9月在毕XX回双诺村在双诺村委会食堂帮忙煮饭时认识，因同为老乡，双方互称老乡并加微信。毕XX在双诺村委会食堂工作两、三天后，就回到了四川省绵阳市。之后唐XX与毕XX未见过面，但二人偶尔会通过微信平台进行聊天调侃。经调查，未发现双方存在不正当关系的行为。
