1月12日，记者来到了上海南翔动车运用所，探访铁路的工作人员是如何卸下这层“雾霾妆”的。

在列车入库前，列车需要先断电接上地线，经历过两次机洗车身及手工洗车头后，才算完成了对列车的“卸妆”。

（上海南翔动车运用所技术员金旺）我们的车大家可以看到它的车顶上升起来一个受电弓，这个是通过我们的接触网来取电的一个过程，但是在整个洗车线部分，我们是没有电的，这一部分是无电区，因为要保证他们人工清洗安全操作，所以在这里我们可能会让车停一下，我们车上分布有四个受电弓，分布在车不同的位置，换一个弓继续引电，然后把车开过去，通过这段无电区。

[解说]上海南翔动车运用所技术员金旺向记者讲解了整个洗车过程。

（上海南翔动车运用所技术员金旺）整个过程就是我们车检修完毕之后，会来到我们的洗车线进行一次外皮的清洗过程，因为我们的自动洗车线可能对我们的车头还有部分地方是机器洗不到的地方，需要我们进行人工清洗，所以我们整个清洗流程就分一次人工洗，人工洗完之后机洗，机洗完了之后再进行一次人工洗，整个流程就是这样一个流程。整个的时间大概是在四十五分钟左右，如果遇到雾霾天气，车体外表比较脏的情况下时间可能会相应延长。

[解说] 而且，为了更加彻底地清洁车辆，每周铁路部门都会安排全车人工手洗。

据了解，春运期间他们也将正常工作，保证春运期间车辆的安全运行。
