郑雪碧落马两个月后，2015年12月15日，徐尚武被河北省人民检察院以涉嫌受贿罪、行贿罪逮捕。
值得注意的是，在徐尚武落马前，刘术宝、刘振旺已被承德市纪委立案审查。2016年8月19日，承德市人民检察院发布消息称，经承德县人民法院一审判决，刘术宝犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑三年，缓刑四年，并处罚金人民币三十万元；刘振旺犯受贿罪，判处有期徒刑一年六个月，缓刑二年，并处罚金人民币十万元。
在上述判决书被公开四个多月前，2016年8月24日，中国裁判文书网公开了郑雪碧秘书、承德市委办公室副主任王文建受贿罪一审刑事判决书。
该判决书披露，王文建在“双规”后主动交代了办案机关未掌握的其收受林某等四人共计13.5万元贿赂问题。
此外，他还向办案机关检举揭发了赵某甲向郑雪碧行贿丰田越野车一辆，赵某甲为郑雪碧藏匿隐匿赃款的线索。根据王文建提供的线索，经专案组查证，共起获赃款赃物折合人民币三千余万元。
帮下属提拔妻子背后收钱
上述某钢铁集团有限公司、孙某某单位行贿罪一审刑事判决书显示，被告人孙某某，某钢铁集团有限公司法定代表人，因涉嫌犯单位行贿罪于2015年11月5日被唐山市路南区人民检察院指定居所监视居住，同年11月20日被取保候审。2016年11月28日被取保候审，现取保候审于居住地。该案经河北省高级人民法院指定管辖。
2012年至2015年间，被告人孙某某为该公司谋取不正当利益，先后送给承德市委原书记郑雪碧之妻冯某（另案处理）人民币60万元，送给宽城满族自治县原县委书记徐尚武（另案处理）人民币140万元。
2013年下半年，孙某某为了让时任承德市委书记郑雪碧关照宽城满族自治县副县长刘术宝、县公安局局长刘振旺职务提拔之事，给郑妻冯某人民币30万元。
冯某将孙某某请托事项告知郑雪碧，于是郑雪碧向市组织部部长赵某、常务副部长李某打招呼，明确表示欲分别提拔刘术宝、刘振旺为县常务副县长、承德市公安局政治部主任。
2013年8月30日，刘振旺被提拔为承德市公安局政治部主任。2013年11月29日，刘术宝被提拔为县常务副县长。
2014年中秋节至2015年夏季，孙某某为进一步密切与冯某的联系以得到郑雪碧的关照，以过节和送给冯某孙子见面礼的名义，分别送给冯某人民币20万元和10万元。
此外，孙某某还向宽城满族自治县原县长徐尚武行贿。
2012年端午节至2014年中秋节期间，孙某某为使某钢铁集团有限公司在宽城满族自治县经营的房地产、钢铁产业获得时任县长徐尚武的关照，分6次送给徐尚武人民币140万元及茅台酒、中华烟等。

王文建受贿罪一审刑事判决书披露，2010年至2015年，被告人王文建在担任市人民政府督查室副主任、主任及市委办公室副主任期间，利用职务便利，先后6次收受他人贿赂人民币13.5万元。
被告人王文建对检察机关指控的事实承认，请求法庭从轻处理。其辩护人辩称，王文建具有自首情节。王文建如实交代的行为是在被告人采取强制措施之前，而后才被“双规”。王文建如实供述司法机关尚未掌握的罪行，其行为属于自首，并已经主动将赃款全额退还。此外，王文建还有重大立功表现，可以结合其自首情节，对其减轻或者免予刑事处罚。
王文建辩护人所称的重大立功表现，即是检举揭发了承德市委原书记郑雪碧。
王文建受贿罪一审刑事判决书显示，唐山市人民检察院公诉二处的证明、唐山市人民检察院立案决定书复印件、河北省人民检察院逮捕决定书复印件，证实郑雪碧涉嫌受贿、巨额财产来源不明一案已被唐山市人民检察院立案侦查，并于2016年3月14日起诉至唐山市中级人民法院，经检察机关查明的受贿罪的犯罪事实包括2015年郑雪碧收受赵某甲给予的丰田轿车一辆，郑某某涉嫌受贿总金额为135.243049万元。
