近日，记者从广陵公安分局东关派出所了解到，近日该所破获一起冒充家电以旧换新的诈骗案，嫌疑人作案近30起，专门对老年人行骗。

300块差价能换新电视？
去年12月份，东关派出所接到多起报警，报警人都是老年人，报警的内容基本一致，都反映被一个中年男子骗了。
市民王大妈就是其中之一，她说，去年12月份的一天，她和老伴儿在家，一位穿着制服的修理工找上门，问家中的电视愿不愿意以旧换新。电视用了好多年了，老两口正准备过年的时候换一台新的，正好有以旧换新的机会，于是就热情把这名维修工迎进了门。
“他当时在电视屏幕上摸了一下，说屏幕有划痕，建议我们尽快换掉，不然影响视力，我们也觉得有道理，然后他说只要300块钱差价就能给我们换一台新电视。”王大妈说，一开始她也半信半疑，觉得补交300差价就能换新电视有点太便宜了。
骗子以此手段作案30起
王大妈表示，看到自己有些迟疑，对方便拿出了《换机鉴定单》，还写着我市某著名电器销售商场的字样，自己便放心了，立即交了300块钱给他。哪知道，说好的第二天会送新电视上门，可是等了几天都不见人来，老两口意识到上当了，就报了警。
接到报警后，民警进行了大量调查走访，终于锁定了嫌疑人。经查，嫌疑人李某，曾是我市某电子公司的维修工人，熟知以旧换新的流程，曾因欺骗顾客而被单位辞退，之后依旧恶行不改，继续打着以旧换新的幌子，故意用指甲给老年人家里的电视划伤，然后以补交差价的名义骗老年人钱财。
经初查，嫌疑人已在全市诈骗近30起，目前该案还在进一步调查中。
