一波未平，一波又起。44天后的12月1日，中国银行凯里支行行长乐贵建和妻子房晓远，乐家14岁女儿乐璇惨遭杀害。赶去劝架的邻居刘巧云也不幸遇害。
让人意外的是，公安机关在乐家发现了安某配枪的弹痕。18年过去，“派出所副所长被杀案”和“银行行长灭门案”被公安系统称为“凯里两案”。
昨日，省公安厅厅长郭瑞民在接受本报记者采访时表示，目前“凯里两案”的侦破工作取得了重大突破。
指纹锁定犯罪嫌疑人
昨日，郭瑞民参加六盘水代表团审议。在谈到倍受关注的“凯里两案”时，郭瑞民告诉记者，整个案件的侦破，一直到现在，都在一步一步推进，案件的侦破工作进展很顺利。
“实际上在这里面，我觉得不管是司法体制改革这种推动力，还是大数据的应用，都产生了很大的作用。”郭瑞民说。

作案枪弹抛进水库里
不过，并不是锁定了犯罪嫌疑人就完事了，还得提供铁证。

乐贵建、房晓远的住所位于418医院家属区17号楼501室。住在这个大院的居民们，几乎每年，都能看到警方的办案人员来到案发现场，那个让无数居民心悸的501室。
就在上月，据媒体报道，18年前的“凯里两案”，锁定了嫌疑人。一疑犯为凯里市经济开发区城管局原局长、凯里市棚户区改造办副主任黄德坤，另一名疑犯为黄的同窗好友潘某。
疑似被黄、潘两人谋害夺枪的安坤，是黄、潘两人的同窗和少时玩伴。不同的是，他念了高中上了大学，还当上了派出所副所长。
而黄德坤被锁定为疑犯，源于他几个月前因涉嫌违纪被调查。调查人员在录取黄德坤指纹及DNA信息后，锁定其涉嫌当年的两起命案。
