  今天上午,中国跨度最大的公路铁路两用钢拱桥——沪通公路铁路大桥天生港航道桥顺利合龙,标志着沪通铁路建设取得阶段性进展。


  天生港航道桥位于沪通公路铁路两用大桥北侧,大桥主跨336米,是目前世界上最大跨径的公路铁路两用刚性梁柔性拱桥。


  中铁大桥勘测设计院沪通大桥设计负责人 张燕飞:


  它的通航等级高,对通航的净高净宽要求比较高;采用钢拱桥,它的刚度大,适合高速铁路跑车。


  由于公路铁路同时通行对大桥荷载的要求,天生港航道桥受力最关键的区域首次采中国自主研制的Q500最高强度桥梁用钢;每一个杆件的精度和合龙时的温度都有精确要求。


  中交二航局沪通大桥项目部经理 唐启:


  制孔精度控制在0.3毫米,所有的组行结构都是通过螺栓连接,我们最复杂的一个节点需要17个方向的杆件需要安装,桥上有45万个螺栓,要求所有的螺栓都不能错孔,要一次安装成功。


  大桥施工中攻克了大跨度连续钢桁梁无应力合龙 等一系列关键技术,为全桥通车打下基础。


  [新闻背景]世界跨度最大的公路铁路两用桥


  今天合龙的天生港航道桥是正在建设的沪通长江大桥的北岸工程;而作为世界上跨度最大的公路铁路两用大桥,沪通长江大桥更是催生了多项新材料、新工艺、新结构和新装备 。


  沪通长江大桥是中国沿海铁路大通道中沪通铁路的控制性工程,上层为双向六车道高速公路,下层为双线沪通铁路和双线通苏嘉城际客运专线,大桥北岸为南通市,南岸为张家港市。大桥北侧跨越天生港专用航道,主跨336米,为目前世界上最大跨径的公路铁路两用刚性梁柔性拱桥。大桥南侧跨越长江主航道,采用主跨1092米的钢桁梁斜拉桥结构,为目前世界上最大跨径的公路铁路两用斜拉桥。大桥主塔高达325米,约100层楼房高,也是世界最高公路铁路斜拉桥的主塔。为了提高主塔的稳定性及塔柱的抗扭刚度,主塔除了采用了钻石型混凝土结构外,还研发出了目前世界上最高强度的斜拉索。大桥建成后要承载上层六车道高速公路、下层四线铁路的运行,这样的大跨度和重载量都前所未有。建设者除了研制出强度、韧性、可焊性、拉伸性更好的新型钢材外,主航道桥还首次采取了箱桁组合的新结构,新研发了世界上吊装力最大的步履式架梁吊机。


  沪通铁路全长137公里,设平东站、南通西站、张家港北站、张家港站、常熟、太仓港站、太仓站、安亭、黄渡等9个车站。其中江苏省119。公里,上海市17.74公里,设计行车速度200km/h,工程投资 368 亿元,建设工期5年半,将于2019年底建成。
