究竟张先生所说的情况是否属实？记者首先在APP商店进行搜索，尝试下载该直播平台，但却搜索不到相关信息。同时，按照张先生提供的“玫瑰直播”的微信公众号，记者也找不到任何信息，该平台的所有信息仿佛突然消失了。
1月18日下午，四川新闻网记者来到了九里堤北路40号附18号，却发现这里是一个小区的后大门，对应的门牌号根本就没有什么公司。在相邻的一家九里堤北路40号附23号的公司内，记者向工作人员咨询是否有听说过“成都玫瑰之约文化传媒有限公司”，工作人员表示，自家公司在这里已经开了半年多，从未听说过有这家单位。
对于此情况，四川新闻网记者向金牛警方进行咨询。据金牛警方介绍，九里堤派出所已经受理市民关于该网络平台的报警，目前正在进一步调查当中。
为了核实网友提供的工商注册信息是否属实，1月19日上午，四川新闻网记者来到了金牛区工商局进行采访。道明来意后，工作人员将记者带到了企业注册登记档案室，经过工作人员查询，发现工商系统内“成都玫瑰之约文化传媒有限公司”注册的信息与张先生等主播在网上查询到的信息完全一致，也就是说，“成都玫瑰之约文化传媒有限公司”的确是在金牛区工商局注册登记，公司成立时间为2016年11月16日，注册地址也确认就是成都市金牛区九里堤北路40号附18号。
“既然信息无误，那么为什么会出现在注册地址查不到该公司的情况呢？”面对记者的提问，金牛区工商局相关负责人表示，目前法律法规没有要求工商部门在企业注册时进行实地核查，企业或个人在窗口办理登记注册时，工作人员只要确认其材料齐全，形式合法，就可以为其办理注册登记。
同时该负责人也表示，会立即安排执法人员对“成都玫瑰之约文化传媒有限公司”进行核查，如果确认其存在地址与注册信息不相符的情况，会联系该公司责令其变更为正确地址，若真如网友所说，该公司系“跑路”了，工商部门也无法联系上对方的情况，会将其列入企业经营异常名录，限制其经营。如有需要，工商部门会配合警方调查。
