1月20日，钱仁风告诉封面新闻-华西都市报记者，172.3万元国家赔偿款拿到后，已偿还全部债务70万，目前还剩100万元准备买房。这个春节，她会带着男朋友一起回云南孝敬老父亲。
2002年，钱仁风因被怀疑向云南巧家县一幼儿园投毒，被捕入狱13年10个月后，于2015年12月21日被无罪释放。该案另一受害方——幼儿园园长父亲朱明华告诉记者，昭通市巧家县警方告知他，昭通市公安局已成立由刑警副支队长牵头的专案组调查真凶。
不过，1月20日，昭通市公安局宣教部门工作人员却表示，“整个宣教部门都不清楚此(调查真凶)事”。

2002年2月，云南省巧家县“星蕊宝宝园”幼儿园发生投毒案，一名2岁女童因“摄入毒鼠强”身亡。当晚，幼儿园17岁的保姆钱仁风被锁定为嫌疑人，后被云南省高院以“投放危险物质罪”判处无期徒刑。
在狱中，钱仁风不断申诉。检方复查发现，钱仁风案事实不清，证据不足。2015年12月21日，云南高院宣布钱仁风无罪，当庭释放。至此，钱仁风已被关押、服刑近14年。
2016年8月初，云南高院审判委员会正式裁定：按国家赔偿标准，向钱仁风支付172.3万元的国家赔偿。
出狱后的钱仁风，跟社会已脱节。没见过智能手机，不会玩微信，不懂电脑不会上网。在好心人的牵线搭桥下，她来到广州一家工厂打工，每月能有3000元左右的工资。
2017年1月20日，钱仁风在电话中告诉封面新闻-华西都市报记者，由于表现优异，她已被厂领导从一线调到仓库做库管，工资涨了500元左右。
上个月，钱仁风收到了云南省高院赔偿她的172.3万元国家赔偿款。拿着钱后，她开始挨家还债。
“这些年，为了给我伸冤，亲戚、邻居借给我们不少钱。”钱仁风说，目前，70万元左右的债务已全部偿还。还剩100万元，正考虑买房。
“不过，我还没想好，到底是在昆明买还是在广州买。我爸爸劝我回云南，但我又在广州工作，很纠结。”电话中，钱仁风与刚出狱时相比，心情好了不少，说话也不再吞吞吐吐，并有了笑声。

另一受害人曾遭威胁
昭通警方正调查真凶
从2002年钱仁风所在的“星蕊宝宝园”投毒案发，到2010年，该幼儿园被人纵火5次，且前三次是纵火、投毒、纵火交叉进行。
投毒案发当晚，幼儿死亡。园长朱梅一家为了赔偿，宣布破产，朱梅的父亲四处打工还债，朱梅也在县城另谋了一份职业。

此外，在检方复查钱仁风案的卷宗中、包括法院的再审判决书也提到，云南省人民检察院云检技鉴文字[2013]23号《笔记鉴定书》、云检技鉴痕字[2013]01号《指纹鉴定》，证实对钱仁凤的第一、三、五次讯问笔录，钱仁凤对菜刀和针筒的辨认笔录上的签名为侦查人员代笔，手印均为钱仁凤本人指纹，钱仁凤的上诉状为蔡某代笔。

2016年9月5日，朱明华在工地打工，来了两位昭通市公安局刑警支队的警察，详细了解了他家被5次纵火的案子，并告诉他，昭通市公安局正在调查真凶。
2017年1月20日，朱明华告诉封面新闻-华西都市报记者，上述曾找过他的一名刑警告诉他，昭通市公安局已成立了由刑警副支队长牵头的专案组调查钱仁风案的真凶。不过，并未告诉他调查进展。
当日，记者又致电昭通市公安局宣教部门，接电话的工作人员先表示此案不便接受采访，后又表示整个部门都不清楚此事。
