2016 14.9% increase in software revenue in China: exports-IT-software industry news

Central city growth is slightly higher than the national average. 一、总体运行情况
软件业务收入增速平稳。中国软件和信息技术服务业完成软件业务收入4.9万亿元，同比增长14.9%，增速比2015年回落0.8个百分点。
利润总额同步增长。全行业实现利润总额6021亿元，同比增长14.9%，与收入增长同步，比2015年（1）回落4.6个百分点。
出口增速稳中回升。中国软件业实现出口519亿美元，同比增长5.8%，增速比2015年提高4.1个百分点。其中，外包服务出口增长5%，扭转2015年同期负增长局面；嵌入式系统软件出口增长6%，增速比2015年回落3个百分点。
二、分领域运行情况
软件产品收入增速低于平均水平。全年软件产品实现收入15400亿元，同比增长12.8%，增速比2015年提高0.9个百分点，但低于全行业平均水平2.1个百分点，占全行业收入比重为31.7%。其中，信息安全产品增长10.9%。
信息技术服务收入增长较快。信息技术服务实现收入25114亿元，同比增长16%，增速高出全行业水平1.1个百分点，但比2015年回落2.7个百分点，占全行业收入比重为51.8%。其中，运营相关服务（包括在线软件运营服务、平台运营服务、基础设施运营服务等在内的信息技术服务）收入增长16.1%；电子商务平台技术服务（包括在线交易平台服务、在线交易支撑服务在内的信息技术支持服务）收入增长17.7%；集成电路设计增长12.7%；其他信息技术服务（包括信息技术咨询设计服务、系统集成、运维服务、数据服务等）收入增长16%。
嵌入式系统软件收入平稳。嵌入式系统软件实现收入7997亿元，同比增长15.5%，增速高出全行业平均水平0.6个百分点，比2015年提高1.4个百分点，占全行业收入比重为16.5%。
三、分地区运行情况
东部和东北地区软件业增速回落，中西部地区保持较快增长。东部地区完成软件业务收入3.8万亿元，同比增长14.9%，增速比2015年回落个2.2百分点，占中国软件业的比重为78.6%；中部地区完成软件业务收入2303亿元，增长20.6%，增速比2015年提高0.5个百分点，占中国软件业的比重为4.7%；西部地区完成软件业务收入5288亿元，增长17.2%，增速与2015年基本持平，占中国软件业的比重为10.9%；东北地区完成软件业务收入2801亿元，增长6.3%，增速低于中国平均水平8.6个百分点，占中国软件业的比重为5.8%。
主要软件大省保持平稳发展，部分省市增速突出。总量居前5名的江苏、广东、北京、山东、上海完成软件业务收入分别增长14.4%、15.4%、11.6%、17.9%和13%。部分中西部省市增长较快，如西部的陕西、重庆增长超过20%，中部的安徽、湖北增长超过25%。
中心城市增速略高于中国平均水平。中国15个副省级中心城市实现软件业务收入2.7万亿元，同比增长15.5%，增速高出中国平均水平0.6个百分点；中心城市的软件业规模占中国的比重为55.3%，比2015年回落1.6个百分点，同时福州、苏州、合肥等其他一些城市（非副省级）的软件业也呈快速发展态势。中国软件业务收入达到千亿元的中心城市和直辖市共15个，比2015年增加1个。
