　　该姚姓经理透露：“其实从月初以来，已经有两位有意向的买家来沟通过价格。其中一位是华侨饭店的股东之一，表示愿出4亿多元的价格来买，不过卖家没有同意，坚持底价是5亿元。另一位比较关注的是澳大利亚籍富豪，也是国内某上市公司的股东，但暂时没有进一步动作。”
