记者联系了裸条频现的P2P平台——借贷宝，在其帮助下规劝王小舒报案，并于1月19日在甘肃定西火车站附近将犯罪嫌疑人杨某抓捕归案。
半夜惊魂

王小舒是一名在甘肃上大学的山东女生，2016年12月20日，通过QQ联系，放贷者杨某在微信上借给王小舒1000元，但实际到账的只有850元，因为150元被当做利息提前扣除，双方商定好周息15%。对方除了要求押裸照，还有运营商通话记录截图，所以放贷者握有王小舒的手机通讯录。截至向媒体求助时，王小舒已经还款300多，依然有550元的债务。放贷者威胁她必须在16日之前前往定西见面“肉偿”，否则将向王小舒的朋友公布裸照。
实际上，除了这次摆在面前的危机，王小舒此前还有过两次“裸贷”经历。第一次发生在2015年6月，由于想删除自己的手机通话记录，在百度搜索并联系到相关公司后被诈骗，诈骗金额4万元，这些钱都来自朋友。为了偿还朋友的债务，王小舒通过QQ认识了放贷人蔡某，借3000元，周息30%，由于未按时还款，被威胁押裸照给放贷人。此后王小舒多次用支付宝转账数万元，还清所有欠款，但其裸照还押在蔡某手里，蔡某要求其去广东才可当面消除“裸条”，否则将裸照发给王小舒的朋友。后续王小舒对蔡某不予理睬，最终断了联系，对方才未采取进一步举措。
由于这次裸条是在借贷宝记账，但用的是支付宝还款，这造成王小舒在借贷宝平台有11636元逾期记录。
第二次“裸贷”发生在2016年7月，同样为还之前欠朋友的钱，王小舒在QQ上认识中介王某（女），借款3000元，抵押了裸照，在家人的帮助下，王小舒累计还款近5万元。2016年9月最后一次还款，王小舒向王某说了很多好话，最后不了了之。这两次“裸贷”造成王小舒很大的心理压力，曾数次尝试自杀。
跨区域“肉偿”
在王小舒求救后，记者拨打了甘肃定西的报警电话，同时联系了正在进行“打击裸贷行动”的借贷宝平台，虽然这次与杨某的借贷交易并没有通过借贷宝进行，但是由于王小舒是借贷宝用户，所以于1月11日，借贷宝派出3名用户权益保护部员工赶往甘肃说服王小舒报案，同时联络当地警方。
杨某的QQ空间和微信页面的名字为“校园放贷中心”，可以看出其长期参与校园放贷，据王小舒讲，杨某只放甘肃省当地女大学生，放贷目的不只是为了盈利，而是为了能够让大学生“肉偿”，“不少兰州的女学生已经去找过他了，他跟我讲，很多女大学生定期和他见面，且有肉偿行为。”

在杨某等放贷人这里，裸条已经形成具有上下游的色情产业链：女性拿裸照抵押，线下“肉偿”，并存在跨地域贩卖肉偿权利的情况。例如，裸贷女孩在北京，放贷人在上海，如果“肉偿”不便，放贷人会和裸贷女孩谈好肉偿条件，并将肉偿权利转卖给北京的放贷人。
1月18日下午，王小舒和借贷宝员工一同抵达甘肃定西市安定区公安局。之后借贷宝工作人员陪同王小舒前往定西市安定区公安局报案、录口供。王小舒整理和打印的43页微信、QQ聊天、空间、QQ说说截图在报案过程中起到关键作用，定西警方对裸贷和背后的“肉偿”交易行为高度重视，通过缜密侦查、信息比对，警方很快查明并锁定嫌疑人。

1月19日，定西警方在定西火车站对面的酒店门口对犯罪嫌疑人杨某实施抓捕。警方从其手机中发现大量裸贷照片。审讯过程中，杨某向警方交代，已经对两个甘肃省内女孩实施“肉偿”。1月20日上午，定西警方以敲诈勒索罪对犯罪嫌疑人杨某进行刑事拘留。
这件事之后，王小舒本来可以舒一口气，但是获悉了远在山东的母亲生重病住院的消息，又紧急返回山东老家。
裸贷的女性不止王小舒一个，而放贷人也不仅仅是本案中的杨某一人，目前多地警方陆续开始抓捕犯罪嫌疑人，但这条隐秘色情产业链的操纵者们有不少还在活跃。
