2月1日下午4时许，应香港警方请求，在内地被抓获的“香港空姐尸藏衣柜案”嫌犯莫俊贤，被押送至深圳皇岗落马洲大桥深港分界线，由广东警方正式移交给香港警方押解回港。
重案组37号（微信ID：zhonganzu37）获悉，莫俊贤是自2000年以来广东公安机关向香港警方移交的第174名香港籍通缉犯。

2016年10月，香港警方来函，请求内地公安机关协助调查缉捕潜逃到内地的香港籍重大杀人案嫌犯莫俊贤。

2013年12月8日凌晨2时10分，26岁的港龙空姐陈某某被发现遭人杀害，尸体藏于荃湾荃威花园寓所的睡房衣柜内。香港警方经深入调查确认，其前男友莫俊贤有重大作案嫌疑，其因琐事与陈某某发生争执，在荃湾荃威花园寓所内将陈掐死后潜逃。随后，香港警方悬红30万港元缉捕莫俊贤。

接到香港警方案情通报后，广东公安机关高度重视，抽调省、市两级公安机关精干力量组成专案组，围绕莫在内地的活动情况进行深入调查，全力开展缉捕工作；同时与香港警方保持密切联系，多次就案件进行会晤协调和情报线索交流。

经连续数日艰苦缜密的侦查，专案组成功锁定莫俊贤在内地的活动区域和轨迹。10月29日晚，公安机关在深圳市龙岗区横岗街道某美容美发店将莫俊贤成功抓获。经审讯，莫俊贤对其在香港杀害前女友并藏匿尸体的犯罪事实供认不讳。广东公安机关第一时间向香港警方作了通报。

该案案发地在香港，受害人和作案人均为香港人，管辖地是香港。在移交现场，广东公安机关和香港警方有关负责人表示，此案的成功侦破，是粤港两地警方密切合作打击跨境犯罪的又一成功案例，既是两地警方长期紧密合作、合力共赢的结果，也是两地警方近年来围绕打击严重跨境犯罪、不断提升打击犯罪能力的结果。案件的成功侦破，也再次昭示，内地和香港都不是犯罪分子的“避风港”，两地警方将继续保持紧密合作，依法严厉打击各类违法犯罪活动，努力维护两地社会治安稳定和市民群众幸福安宁。

“香港空姐尸藏衣柜案”
疑凶潜逃内地 公安协助追缉
2013年12月荃湾港龙空姐陈曼仪（Arbe）被杀后藏尸衣柜案，涉嫌行凶的死者前男友莫俊贤，案发后逃离香港，警方正式悬红30万元及发放其照片通缉，呼吁市民如有关于此案的消息，或知悉疑凶的身份及其下落，尽速与警方联络。
遭悬红通缉的26岁男子莫俊贤花名“阿水”，他曾在凶案揭发前向友人发短讯声称“杀人”。至凶案揭发后，警方发现莫已潜逃内地，遂通知内地公安协助追缉。
2013年12月8日凌晨，与家人同住荃威花园二期D座某室、在港龙任职空姐的陈曼仪（26岁）因失踪多天，家人到其睡房找寻，发现她被杀害藏尸衣柜底。
警方调查后相信疑遭勒毙的陈已死去最少3天，翻查大厦闭路电视影片后， 发现外形酷似莫俊贤及颈有伤痕的可疑男子在案发当日曾经离开大厦。警方调查发现莫俊贤过去曾因金钱及感情问题殴打陈。案件列作凶杀案，莫俊贤一直被通缉。
