2月3日，记者从河南省政府办公厅获悉，《河南省“十三五”能源发展规划》（以下简称《规划》）已经省政府同意，于近日印发。
根据规划，河南省将进一步调整优化能源结构，降低煤炭消费比重，大力发展天然气和非化石能源，发展核电能源，在南阳、信阳、洛阳、平顶山推进核电项目的前期工作。同时将大幅度提高全省电力装机总容量，确保中心城市（区）每户每年停电时间不超过1个小时。
能源调结构成效显著
新能源发电量增长近五倍
记者了解到，，河南省大力调整能源结构，成效显著。统计数据显示，2015年全省能源消费总量中，非化石能源比重达到5.8%，比2010年提高2个百分点。煤炭消费比重降至76%，比2010年降低8个百分点。

同时，记者了解到，下一步河南省还将稳步推进核电项目的前期工作。《规划》明确，做好南阳、信阳等核电项目厂址保护工作，争取继续列入国家核电中长期发展规划。
待国家启动内陆核电项目规划建设后，积极推进南阳、信阳、洛阳、平顶山等核电项目前期工作。加强核电项目公众宣传，为核电项目规划建设营造良好氛围。
电力保障能力大幅提高
