　　[环球网综合报道]美国新任总统特朗普上任仅仅半个多月，已经四处“开战”，相比之下，对中国的态度尚算平和。对此，旅法政治学者、复旦大学中国研究院研究员宋鲁郑表示，原因之一是两败俱伤的“经贸牌”不敢轻易打，剩下的只有台湾和西藏。而台湾是中国的核心利益，特朗普用中国的利益去和中国交换，实在是无本生意。他认为，特朗普肯定忍不住会去做的，只不过是透过放弃台湾、支持两岸统一来换取中国的巨额回报；也就是说，在特朗普执政期间，中国是有可能实现统一的。

　　宋鲁郑在英国广播公司（BBC）网站撰文称，特朗普迟迟不对中国“开战”有七大原因，首要先聚焦内政问题。其次，则是要处理和美国关系最为紧密、利益也高度相关的盟国关系。第三，国内外烧的一切忙乱，他自己自然也无法置身事外，特朗普自然没有精力再去面对最强大的中国。

　　第四，特朗普的政策多数受到了美国和西方主流势力的强烈反对和抗议。第五，中国的实力也令特朗普向中国发起挑战必须要三思而后行。第六，由于自废武功，特朗普手中的牌并不多。最后一个原因则是中国高超的外交技巧。

　　他表示，过去美国可以打“价值观牌”、“亚太盟友牌”、“欧洲盟友牌”、“TPP经贸牌”、“南海牌”。但现在，特朗普不仅在价值观和经济利益上与欧洲盟友高度对立，就是“亚太盟友”如澳大利亚，双方也开始交恶。特别是特朗普主动放弃TPP，不仅把一张“好牌”扔掉，还极大地破坏了“亚太盟友”对美国的信任。即使美国仍然要打“南海牌”，已经没有国家愿意追随了。

　　宋鲁郑表示，对于一个中国原则，特朗普说归说，还真的是不敢否定，否则，中国和美国关系的基础就不复存在，到时双方的对抗就不仅是经贸层面了。

　　他认为，中国的实力，一是中国对美国经济的重要作用；二是中国的报复能力和承担代价的忍耐力。无论是“贸易战”还是“货币战”，肯定是两败俱伤。三是有些经济规律特朗普必须正视。四是特朗普要想让美国伟大起来，无论是技术、资金还是效率，中国都是唯一的选择。此外，在伊朗、朝鲜、反恐等问题上，美国也都需要中国的合作。
