而与此同时，根据视频显示，台下至少6名官员在“疑似”酣睡。

睡觉的这6位官员，是不是有“懒、庸、推、慢、浮”这些病症呢？截至目前，官方还没有说法。
其实，官员在会场呼呼大睡，这早就不是啥新鲜事。2014年9月，时任江西省委书记强卫就批评过现场睡觉的下属：“今天这么重要的会议，刚才我注意到某县的主要领导竟然趴着睡觉。”
海南一官员会上睡觉被立案审查
十八大后，正风肃纪力度超过以往，可仍有官员在会场睡觉。
2015年10月1日，海南省澄迈廉政网针对“县社保局副局长蔡汝柏在全县奋战90天全面完成全年目标任务动员会上睡觉违反工作纪律问题”发布了一则消息：9月30日下午，县纪委在澄迈中等职业技术学校会议室召开会议，县委常委、县纪委书记王海坚亲自到场以案释纪，宣布对蔡汝柏就地免职和立案审查，并将此案作为典型，在《海南日报》、海南电视台等主流媒体上通报曝光，以案肃纪。

在蔡汝柏被免职6个月前，2015年4月，广东梅州市五华县司法局潭下司法所所长薛茂恩在开会时睡了觉，还提前离了场。
根据广东省纪委的通报，当日在参加县委政法工作会议时，薛茂恩在会议中睡觉并擅离会场，造成不良社会影响。当年8月，因违反组织纪律，薛茂恩受到行政警告处分。
“值班不躺着，还能搁这趴着？”
除了会上睡觉，还有官员值班时睡觉。
也是在2015年，安徽宿州市埇桥区水利局两名工作人员上班时睡觉，被媒体曝光。

经查，这两名上班躺着看电视的工作人员分别为埇桥区水利局事业单位专业技术人员郑剑，埇桥区水利局当班驾驶员邵喜良。
当地官方通报称，两人在防汛值班期间，违反工作纪律，在社会上造成极坏影响，给予郑剑党内严重警告处分，邵喜良行政记过处分。涉事单位负责人也受到处分，埇桥区水利局党组书记、局长营飞，时任区水利局纪检组长邱峰分别给予党内警告处分。
开会睡觉后回应：服用了头疼药
2013年1月，一组陕西榆林市下辖子洲县政协主席王玉朴歪着脑袋，在榆林市政协闭幕会上睡觉的图片在网上流传。
这组图片共有三张，其中一张是会议的全景，会场的横幅写着“榆林市第三届委员会第四次会议”，另外两张图片是一名胸前别有证件的官员在会场靠在椅子上睡觉，这名官员前面的桌上放着写着名字的牌子“王玉朴”。

当地一位媒体人士公布细节称：“王玉朴坐在市委会议中心西一排第一号，会议开始后不到20分钟，王玉朴就仰着头睡着了，会议期间基本一直保持睡姿，直到会议结束”。
两天后，子洲县政协办公室作出公开回应，称王玉朴因患严重神经性头疼，5日曾到医院检查，8日政协闭幕时王服用了处方药，“其中药品尼美舒利分散片、瑞普乐等具有催眠作用，服用后致使王玉朴出现精神不振、瞌睡等症状。”
吃药是原因吗？当日，榆林市委及市纪委也召开会议进行调查，认为王玉朴在参加市政协闭幕式会议期间，不顾大会统一要求，出现较长时间的睡觉行为，严重违反了会议纪律，暴露出其纪律观念不强的问题。
市委办公室对王玉朴违反会议纪律情况在全市发出批评通报，市纪委对其进行了警示提醒诫勉谈话，责成其向市委、市政协、市纪委写出书面检查，并在子洲县政协党组民主生活会上作出深刻检讨。

当时的网帖称，14日下午3点左右，祁东县政府304会议室有一场政法工作会议，出席会议的有衡阳市公安局、祁东县县委、县政府、政法系统等部门几十名干部，其中有县委书记、县长等领导在场。

会议开始不久后，台下许多与会干部就开始“吞云吐雾”（抽烟），坐姿不端，甚至出现“台上领导开会，台下干部瞌睡”，其中最后排的某人酣睡长达十余分钟。
两天后，时任祁东县委书记曾祥月回应媒体：经过县委常委会研究后，决定给予三人免职处分，三人分别是县司法局两位副局长和县检察院政工室主任。
