2月7日，封面新闻-华西都市报记者从浙江台州天台县委宣传部获悉，两位在2月5日天台县足馨堂足浴中心火灾中救人的市民，分别获得台州市见义勇为基金会颁发的3000元奖金。这两名救人者分别是64岁的退休医生李为民和足浴店员工毛永老。
今年64岁的李为民是天台县始丰街道卫生服务中心的一名退休医生。火灾发生时，李为民正在厨房忙碌。发现足馨堂足浴中心方向起火后，他放下手中的活赶了过去。李为民在接受媒体采访时介绍，当时有几名被困人员站在二楼窗前喊“救命”，但因为高度原因，没人敢跳。于是，他站在下面鼓励，并张开双臂准备接住他们。最终，在李为民的帮助下，3女1男成功跳下来逃生，均无大碍，但李为民自己的小拇指也受到挫伤。

而另一位名叫毛永老的90后小伙当时正在足馨堂足浴中心休息室，他的妻子、小姨、表妹及几位老乡都在此足浴中心打工。他介绍，当时听到嘈杂声并发现了火灾，赶紧叫休息的人起来，跑到二楼厨房。但厨房的窗户很小，且只开了一边。于是他用拳头把另一面窗户砸开，挤在窗边的人得以逃生。

2月7日下午，台州市见义勇为基金会秘书长褚树俊来到天台县，为李为民和毛永老分别送上3000元慰问金，并感谢他们弘扬美德，传递正能量。据悉，台州市见义勇为基金会成立于2011年3月，经浙江省公安厅、省民政厅审核批准，由台州市公安局负责日常管理工作。（图片由天台县委宣传部提供）
4名责任人被刑拘
另据@台州发布2月7日晚通报[天台“2?5”火灾最新情况]：经医疗部门全力救治，截至2月7日19时，天台“2?5”火灾18名受伤人员中，转至浙医二院的重度烧伤者生命体征有所好转，其余17人伤情稳定。
因涉嫌重大责任事故罪，天台县足馨堂足浴中心4名责任人已于2月6日晚被公安机关依法刑事拘留。
