警方调查当事女子仅20岁，柳州人

据了解，不雅视频中的女子姓张，今年20岁，柳州人，在某所高校就读。
之前，张某与南宁一名摄影师取得联系，约定拍摄人体艺术照。1月24日，张某来到南宁后入住酒店，与之前约定的摄影师见面，在酒店拍摄了人体艺术照。
25日凌晨，她与摄影师在南宁市中山路见面，当时仅穿一件呢子大衣和一双皮鞋，里面全裸。她在中山路一家夜市摊，由摄影师使用手机拍摄一段不雅视频。随后，张某走到民族大道，又由摄影师拍摄一段不雅视频。
摄影师拍摄不雅视频后，通过网络传给张某，而张某则把不雅视频传入自己所在的摄影师微信群，导致不雅视频在网上传播。
《治安管理处罚法》第四十四条规定，猥亵他人的，或者在公共场所故意裸露身体，情节恶劣的，处5日以上10日以下拘留；猥亵智力残疾人、精神病人、不满14周岁的人或者有其他严重情节的，处10日以上15日以下拘留。
警方根据规定，对在公共场所裸露身体的张某处以行政拘留5日。进一步调查正在进行中。
目前，张某已被警方行政拘留。
