　　新京报讯 一则“广西考察时官员请吃穿山甲”网帖近日引发关注。昨日下午，广西壮族自治区纪委公布核查结果，核查显示，该宴请活动地点在某私营企业内部饭堂。宴请活动相关费用由私人支付，参加宴请的公职人员只有1人，自治区投资促进局无人参加。

　　赴宴官员去年涉嫌受贿被逮捕

　　名为@Ah_cal的博主于2015年7月15日发微博称，自己在广西考察期间，在当地“李局长”、“黄书记”的邀请下，在其办公室吃了煮穿山甲，并配发相关图片。

　　事件发生后，广西壮族自治区纪委对该事件展开核查。核查显示：2015年7月8日至10日，广西举办了“投资广西 走向东盟——2015年香港企业广西行”活动。活动结束后，该考察团个别成员自行留在南宁，并参加了私人组织的宴请活动，活动地点在某私营企业内部饭堂。

　　经查，宴请活动相关费用由私人支付，参加宴请的公职人员只有自治区高校工委统战部原部长李宁一人，自治区投资促进局无人参加。据悉，李宁已于2016年5月因涉嫌受贿罪被检察机关依法逮捕。

　　警方正核查“穿山甲宴”一事

　　国家林业局昨日连发两条微博，就网传的“广西官员请吃穿山甲”一事发声。

　　“禁止为食用非法购买国家重点保护的野生动物及其制品”。国家林业局官微撰文称：它们，应该是在森林里，而不是在餐桌上！“炫耀”穿山甲肉的美味，就是在“炫耀”自身的残忍和无知！

　　昨日，新京报记者从广西壮族自治区投资促进局官方人士处确认，网上流传出来的照片中，受到广泛关注的“穿山甲公子”确系李加和。据了解，李加和的父亲是香港商人李福生，此前曾任喜运佳钟表集团主席。

　　投资促进局称该局不具备宴请条件

　　广西投资促进局官方网站的消息显示，2015年7月8日至10日，“投资广西 走向东盟——2015年香港企业广西行”活动在广西举行。该活动由自治区投资促进局承办。香港企业家赴广西投资考察团一行201人出席活动。

　　广西投资促进局官方人士向新京报记者确认，照片上的“穿山甲公子”确系李加和，而李加和也确实是代表团的成员。

　　前述官方人士告诉新京报记者，李加和参加了2015年的香港企业广西行活动，但他对李加和本人没有什么印象。至于李加和参加代表团时的身份，他也记不清了。

　　“我们是躺在战壕里面中枪了。”该官方人士表示，在发现这个事情后，他们经过辨认发现，照片中没有自治区投资促进局的领导和工作人员。同时他们也将相关照片发给了广西14个地级市的投资促进局局长，让其进行辨认，得到的反馈是没有他们的人。

　　这位官方人士还表示，广西投资促进局办公条件简陋，不具备像网帖照片中呈现出来的接待能力。

　　他带记者前去局食堂实地查看，该局食堂位于兴桂大厦后门对面，由一个印刷厂的车间改造而成，系搭建的简易房。另外，该局的处长办公室为10平方米左右的单间，副处长办公室则为两名副处长共用一间。该人士表示，他们局长和书记的办公室也跟处长的办公室相似，不具备用餐条件。

　　广西投资促进局位于南宁市民族大道上的兴桂大厦。从外面看上去，这座高楼颇为陈旧，部分墙皮已经脱落，据称该楼建于上世纪80年代末。广西投资促进局与多个单位合用此楼，利用其中4个楼层办公。

　　广西香港两方均称活动期间吃自助餐

　　前述广西投资促进局官方人士还表示，活动期间他们吃的都是自助餐，而且用餐标准都有明确规定。

　　香港工商金融文化旅游界企业家赴广西投资考察团发布的声明也提到，该考察团访问日期为2015年7月8日至10日。在考察期间，考察团均按照当地接待规定集体吃自助餐，并无个人单独用餐。

　　该声明还称，考察团于7月10日访问结束后即返回香港。但李加和未随团返回香港，而是自行留下于7月11日起与朋友在广西游览时发生了此事。

　　声明同时表示，“鉴于该事件影响恶劣，希望作为香港年轻一代的李加和能够增强国家观念、民族意识、努力认识和了解国情与内地社情，认真学习和遵守国家的法律法规，深刻反省自己的严重不当行为;充分汲取沉痛教训，做一个爱国爱港的新一代中国香港人。”

　　喜运佳钟表：李加和未在集团任职

　　对于李加和与李福生的具体身份，香港喜运佳钟表集团昨日对新京报记者回应称，李福生曾出任喜运佳的主席，李加和未在喜运佳出任任何职位。

　　近日，有香港媒体报道称，“穿山甲公子”系李加和，其父李福生系香港喜运佳钟表集团的主席。2月6日，香港喜运佳钟表集团发声明称，该集团与李加和先生及其父亲没有关系。

　　昨日，新京报记者就相关事宜致电喜运佳钟表集团。该集团回应称，喜运佳钟表集团于2010年11月被旭日国际集团收购。自收购后至今，喜运佳钟表集团主席为蔡加赞先生，別无他人。李福生先生曾经在收购前出任喜运佳的主席，李加和先生亦没有在喜运佳出任任何职位。

　　另据财新网报道，工商资料显示，香港顺全有限公司成立于1980年，李福生为公司董事。在香港钟表业总会的会员目录中，顺全有限公司的联络人为李加和。

　　穿山甲种群数量有多少？

　　被摆上餐桌的穿山甲早已被收录进中国野生动物保护名录，为国家二级保护野生动物。不仅如此，这种昼伏夜出，喜爱穴居的穿山甲已被列入《濒临绝种野生动植物国际贸易公约》附录II，即国际贸易受管制。中华穿山甲及马来穿山甲甚至已进入世界自然保护联盟濒危物种红色名录。

　　研究穿山甲十余年的华南师范大学教授吴诗宝曾回忆，如今，野外已难觅穿山甲洞穴。广东等地山民说，几十年都没见到穿山甲了。

　　中国动物学会副秘书长张立介绍，根据调研结果，2008年穿山甲数量已比2002年减少一半。现在，野外种群数量大概2万-3万，一些省甚至已绝迹。

　　穿山甲数量急剧下降与非法捕杀不无关系，但背后，仍是人们对其食用的“垂涎”。张立认为，目前，部分地区仍有穿山甲消费市场，导致捕杀严重。加上穿山甲野外繁殖缓慢，种群数量连年下降。

　　在国内，虽有小规模人工繁殖成功穿山甲案例，但仍未实现大规模养殖。张立说，这就意味着，穿山甲消费来源均为野外非法捕猎。

　　食用穿山甲有治病功效？

　　由于穿山甲擅长打洞，民间流传其有活血散结、通经下乳药用功效。对此，原广州市卫生防疫站站长肖斌权认为，所谓治疗疾病并无科学依据。

　　肖斌权介绍，滥食野生动物可能会令人患上人畜共生疾病。她解释，所有的野生动物体内均含寄生虫、激素、细菌等，人畜共生的病种也多达100种以上，如口蹄疫、结核等。

　　中国农业大学食品科学与营养工程学院教授罗云波也提到，野生动物生长环境未知，体内易携带病原体，食用存隐患。对此，肖斌权补充说，野生动物所携带病原体甚至难以检验，并在猎捕、运输、宰杀等过程中扩散。
