赴宴官员去年涉嫌受贿已被逮捕
名为@Ah_cal的博主于2015年7月15日发微博称，自己在广西考察期间，在当地“李局长”、“黄书记”的邀请下，在其办公室吃了煮穿山甲，并配发相关图片。

广西壮族自治区投资促进局一位官方人士昨日确认，网上流传出来的照片中，受到广泛关注的“穿山甲公子”确系李加和。据了解，李加和的父亲是香港商人李福生，此前曾任喜运佳钟表集团主席。

对此，香港喜运佳钟表集团2月6日曾发声明称，该集团与李加和先生及其父亲没有关系。但昨日有媒体就相关事宜致电喜运佳钟表集团。该集团回应称，喜运佳钟表集团于2010年11月被旭日国际集团收购。自收购后至今，喜运佳钟表集团主席为蔡加赞先生，别无他人。李福生先生曾经在收购前出任喜运佳的主席，李加和先生亦没有在喜运佳出任任何职位。
另有媒体查询工商资料显示，香港顺全有限公司成立于1980年，李福生为公司董事。在香港钟表业总会的会员目录中，顺全有限公司的联络人为李加和。
投资促进局称该局不具备宴请条件
前述广西投资促进局官方人士回忆称，李加和参加了2015年的香港企业广西行活动，但他对李加和本人没有什么印象。至于李加和参加代表团时的身份，他也记不清了。
“我们是躺在战壕里面中枪了。”该官方人士表示，在发现这个事情后，他们经过辨认发现，照片中没有自治区投资促进局的领导和工作人员。同时他们也将相关照片发给了广西14个地级市的投资促进局局长，让其进行辨认，得到的反馈是没有他们的人。
这位官方人士还表示，广西投资促进局办公条件简陋，不具备像网帖照片中呈现出来的接待能力。

他带记者前去局食堂实地查看，该局食堂位于兴桂大厦后门对面，由一个印刷厂的车间改造而成，系搭建的简易房。另外，该局的处长办公室为10平方米左右的单间，副处长办公室则为两名副处长共用一间。该人士表示，他们局长和书记的办公室也跟处长的办公室相似，不具备用餐条件。

前述广西投资促进局官方人士还表示，活动期间他们吃的都是自助餐，而且用餐标准都有明确规定。
香港工商金融文化旅游界企业家赴广西投资考察团发布的声明也提到，在考察期间，考察团均按照当地接待规定集体吃自助餐，并无个人单独用餐。
该声明还称，考察团于7月10日访问结束后即返回香港。但李加和未随团返回香港，而是自行留下于7月11日起与朋友在广西游览时发生了此事。
