　　会上，市安监局通报了铜陵恒兴化工公司“2.8”燃爆事故情况。2月8日晚10时45分许，铜陵恒兴化工公司高沸点溶剂罐发生燃爆事故，我市立即组织开展应急救援、现场处置，火势及时扑灭，现场未发生人员伤亡，未发生次生灾害。据了解，该公司为准备恢复生产，从2月4日起，利用蒸汽对100立方米的溶剂油罐（约有40吨）进行加热。初步分析，可能是通往蒸汽管道的一道阀门未关死，造成罐内溶剂油温度上升至沸腾温度，溶剂油汽化导致压力增大，气、液态高沸点溶剂从常压的放散管喷出，遇高热引起燃烧后爆炸。目前，事故调查和后续工作正在有序进行中。

　　事故发生后，环保部门对附近的空气、外排水等现场数据的监测，目前对全市空气质量无影响，广大市民可以放心。

　　此次爆炸其产生的震感也被当地的地震检测仪器捕捉到。安徽省地震局官方微博@安徽省地震局 发布消息称，“（编注：铜陵恒兴化工有限责任公司）爆炸的蘑菇云和声音虽然都很大，周边百姓反应震感也很强烈，但附近的地震监测仪器能够捕捉到的波形却很有限，根据我们现在手头掌握的数据资料，这次爆炸的能量震级相当于天然地震还不到1级（因为可用数据太少，计算会有误差）。地震工作人员可以通过波形图鉴别出这是有别于天然地震的。”
