正式进军汽车空调领域

过去一年,格力电器净利润及上缴税收双双上扬,市场占有率等各项指标继续保持中国空调行业第一。1995年到至今,格力空调产销量、市场占有率连续22年位居中国空调行业第一。2005年至今,家用空调产销量位居世界第一。

不过,在市场占有率达到“半壁江山”的情况下,格力空调也不得不面对天花板的问题。如何突破这道天花板?将空调卖给汽车生产厂商,或许是一条路径。

去年,格力电器拟收购珠海银隆新能源,成为市场关注的焦点。虽然最终收购未能实现,不过格力和银隆的合作并未终止。董明珠说,2017年,通过和银隆的合作,格力将正式进入汽车空调领域。

董明珠透露,格力的汽车空调已研发数年,并且产品非常不错,但由于汽车空调行业的封闭性,此前格力一直未能找到好的突破口。银隆新能源的纯电动客车已进入中国数十个城市,同银隆的合作正是契机。

“如果今年银隆实现销售三百亿元,生产三万台汽车,那就意味着我们卖三万部汽车空调。”董明珠说,有了银隆这个合作案例,格力汽车空调向中国推广就会顺利很多。

除此以外,在电机、模具以及电容电线等方面,格力也都将和银隆展开合作。

格力手机大规模开售

春节前夕,格力电器的年终奖又在网上刷了屏。董明珠公开表示,公司员工人均年终奖1万元以上,另外人均送一台格力手机

2015年3月,格力手机首度揭开神秘面纱。2016年6月,格力手机2代正式在格力官方商城开启预售。尽管市场关注热度不减,但格力手机一直未在市场上大规模销售。

董明珠说,2017年,格力将正式启动手机的大规模市场销售。“过去我们没有在市场上卖,就是想用另外一种方式,通过实际体验让消费者认可我们的产品。”

目前,在格力电器珠海总部,已经建设有两条手机生产线。董明珠说,这还远远不够,格力正计划增加手机生产线。

智能装备、模具打开新空间

近年来,格力电器大力向智能制造、装备制造转型升级,格力的自动化设备、机器人及数控机床、精密模具等新业务,都已经形成了蓬蓬勃勃的新军团。

董明珠说,今年,格力将加快智能装备和模具的市场拓展。“通过三四年下来,我们的智能装备已经小有起色,在我们企业内部运行中感觉不错,基本可以对外开始销售。”

据透露,目前,格力已经为元朗食品公司做了一条自动化生产线,这两天正在调试当中。同时格力也在为汽车行业的客户打造机器人、自动化生产线等。

董明珠说,如果智能装备和模具打开市场,不仅将为格力打开新的增长空间,也为珠海打开两个全新的产业,“这两个产业之前在珠海是空白。”

加快建设格力学院

2014年7月,格力与被誉为欧洲“优秀工程师摇篮”的德国达姆施塔特工业大学达成合作,共同推进“格力学院”的建设,进一步满足员工自我发展、自我提升的需求。

董明珠坦言,目前,“格力学院”还只是企业内的培训部,没有形成规模,今年将加快建设真正的格力学院。“随着格力智能装备、自动化生产线的实现,普通的操作技能已经完全不能适应。”

董明珠透露,格力学院将分块培养人才,一是管理人才,一是技术人才,还有技工技能的培训。“我们想做两个东西,一是强化人才培养,让普通员工转型升级,二是培养一批专业的技术专家。”
