但对于小米刚刚过去的2016年，雷军表示确实有些迷茫，最痛苦的就是认识到电商是销售模型之一，如何创造新的销售模型。

因此，小米开始铺线下渠道——小米之家。根据雷军刚刚公布的数据，小米今年的目标是200家，三年内的目标是1000家，每家1000万营业额。
