丽江遭暴打女子：不会去丽江做伤情鉴定 太危险|丽江|暴打|琳哒_新闻资讯
（法制晚报记者 张蕊 编辑 吴洁）2月9日晚，云南丽江市古城区委宣传部通过官方微博通报“11.11女游客丽江被打事件”，称6名嫌疑人被批准逮捕。
通报显示，2016年11月11日，和某松等6人在丽江市古城区祥和路一烧烤店殴打董某某（女）等人，案发后，公安机关依法持续开展案件调查工作，并依法将6名嫌疑人刑事拘留。根据《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》相关规定，2017年2月9日，经丽江市古城区人民检察院批准，丽江市公安局古城分局对涉嫌寻衅滋事罪的和某松等6名犯罪嫌疑人执行逮捕。
目前，案件正在进一步办理中。

针对通报——“打我的人比这个多”

琳哒：我刚看到丽江官方的通报。打我的人比这个多，人还没抓够。最早让我辨认的嫌疑人就是6个，为什么至今还是6个人？打我们的时候有很多人，差不多三四个人打我们一个人。
法制晚报：你回珠海又做了几次笔录？
琳哒：我回珠海总共做了三次笔录，每一次做笔录都很辛苦。有时候一天要做连续做七八个小时，最后一次做笔录的时候我已经崩溃了。听说因为这个案子，丽江不少警察春节都没有休息，到处取证、录口供、做笔录，确实很辛苦。
关于恢复——“视力下降 脸有积液鼻畸形”
法制晚报：目前伤势恢复的如何？
琳哒：昨天去医院做了复查。目前眼睛视物不清，查了视力，有所下降，远一些就看不清，以前看哪里都挺清楚的。
整容科的医生告说，我脸部的骨折，就是上颌窦壁骨折，医生不建议做手术，因为现在还没有好的修复手术，只能先这样。目前还有积液，有可能积液完全消失后，这个地方就是一个坑或者凹陷。
鼻骨复位手术已经做过一次了，下次要做鼻中隔弯曲手术。其实每次手术时间不长，但是修养时间比较长，每次手术之后，都要保养。
我的鼻子现在大小不一样，鼻孔一个大，一个小，已经成为畸形鼻了；鼻翼，右侧正常，左边斜着长上去了。医生分析，可能当时被打的时候掉了块肉，但缝合手术的时候没注意到。
法制晚报：上次采访时你说经常忘事，现在有改善吗？
琳哒：记性很差，有时候刚说的话，就不记得了。做笔录的时候，有时候我说得快，对方记录得慢，等他回过头来再问我，我就想不起来了，脑袋里全部就空白了。
记忆力下降是最折磨人的事情，我前两天还把家钥匙弄丢了，最后请开锁师傅来给开的门。
有关伤情鉴定——“我不会去丽江作伤情鉴定”
法制晚报：明天就是做伤情鉴定的日子了，你准备好了吗？
琳哒：警方让我11号去丽江做伤情鉴定。但我不想去。我对丽江没意见，也从来没有骂过丽江，但是丽江人对我有意见，骂我的网友基本都是丽江的。我不会去丽江做伤情鉴定，如果他们过来珠海给我做，这可以。如果他们不来，我也不会去，我不能这样去丽江，我觉得太危险了。
我曾经考虑过去外地做伤情鉴定，但需要丽江警方委派给当地的司法鉴定中心，这还要看他们是否愿意。如果非要我去丽江做伤，我肯定不能就这么去。
法制晚报：如果丽江警方坚持让你去丽江，你怎么办？
琳哒：其实按照90天的时间，我应该9号就做伤情鉴定。我现在特别迷惘，不知道应该怎么办。他们总不能看着照片做伤情鉴定吧。警方当时没做初检，确实给我造成了很大的影响。我现在伤情可能没那么重了。警方当时没记录，医院也没记录，现在我的伤情能看到的就是脸上的疤，那些被打的部位，恢复好的已经看不到了。

1月25日中午，@云南丽江警方发布关于“丽江发生打人事件”调查情况的通报，称主要嫌疑人已被警方控制，案件正依照法律程序办理中。并称，董某某（琳哒）的伤情，根据《人体损伤程度鉴定标准》4.2.2条，以容貌损害或者组织器官功能障碍为主要鉴定依据的，在损伤90日后鉴定。
1月25日晚，《法制晚报》记者连线到了当事人琳哒。她在接受采访时表示，出事至今，没睡过一个好觉，头发大把大把往下掉。她称，但凡对她公平一些，她也不至于这么绝望。此外，本来打算和男朋友结婚的她，因为发生了这样的事情，和男友分手了。准备开店的计划也无限期搁置了。
1月26日下午，《法制晚报》记者获悉，丽江警方到珠海给琳哒重新做了笔录，并对其伤口做了初检。检查完，让琳哒签字被拒绝。琳哒说，她在广州住院的时候，医院量出她最长的伤口是6厘米，昨天法医量的是5厘米，这让她没办法签字。
1月27日中午，云南省丽江市政府新闻办通报了“丽江打人事件”的最新进展：涉案的和某松等6名犯罪嫌疑人已被公安机关刑事拘留。
2月4日，丽江警方再次前往珠海去给琳哒做笔录。
2月9号，云南丽江市古城区委宣传部官方微博@古宣发布 通报“丽江女子被打”案件进展情况，6名嫌疑人以涉嫌寻衅滋事罪被批捕。
2月11日，是丽江警方通知琳哒前去做伤情鉴定的日子，但琳哒表示，她不会去丽江做伤情鉴定。
