记者10日从中国公安部获悉，中国公安部A级通缉令公开通缉人员朱彦辉日前向河南省公安机关投案自首。至此，中国公安部2016年12月13日发布A级通缉令公开通缉的10名重大盗抢骗犯罪在逃人员已全部落网。

据了解，被通缉的10名重大盗抢骗犯罪在逃人员分别是，尹群僧、尹群伟、吉克尔曲、韦海恩、沙马阿年、朱彦辉、田正锋、黄爱民、洛多降措、郝星。

此次落网的犯罪嫌疑人朱彦辉，男，汉族，1982年出生，安徽省阜阳市人。朱彦辉伙同他人，经过事先预谋，驾驶一辆套牌黑色帕萨特领驭轿车多次流窜至安徽、河南两省多个县，尾随跟踪银行取款人员，趁被害人下车钱财无人看管之际，将被害人车窗玻璃撬碎，盗走被害人放置于车内的现金，涉案金额高达100余万元。

据介绍，中国公安机关将继续对其他盗抢骗犯罪在逃人员组织开展抓捕，希望社会各界和广大人民群众提供有关线索，同时检举、揭发盗抢骗等犯罪活动。对提供线索的举报人、揭发犯罪的有功人员，公安机关将给予奖励。
