　　东方网2月13日消息：据《劳动报》报道，刚生好宝宝，推销短信就来了？上海20万条新生婴儿信息被疾控中心工作人员在两年内窃取。浦东法院近日对这起侵犯公民个人信息案作出一审判决。

　　韩某原是上海疾控中心工作人员，张某原是黄浦区疾控中心工作人员，两人工作上是上下级关系。据韩某交代，2014年初，他来问我是否能获取出生新生儿数据，说有朋友经营婴幼儿保健品的企业，需要用于营销，并许诺给好处费。

　　2014年初至2016年7月期间，韩某在利欲驱动下，利用其工作便利登入系统内查询新生婴儿信息并下载于电脑中，窃取上海疾控中心每月更新的全市新生婴儿信息，每半个月一次向张某的个人邮箱发送，大概5000多条，每个月1万余条左右，并通过张某之手，将上述信息转卖给专做婴幼儿保健品生意的女子范某，并由范某出售给同行女子李某、黄某等人。审理查明，韩某、张某、范某共非法获取新生婴儿信息共计20余万条。

　　2015年至2016年7月期间，范某向曾任职于某公司主管婴幼儿保健品业务的女子李某出售上海新生婴儿信息共计20万余条；而李某又将上述信息提供给经营婴幼儿保健品生意的某公司负责人王某、黄某，并从中获利。2015年6、7月间，曾为老板王某开车的吴某，获悉公司存有很多新生婴儿信息，他感觉这个信息以后可能会有用，于是在下班后用自配的钥匙去公司电脑里窃取7万余条上海新生婴儿信息，并将这些信息在一段时间内用于自己的公司推销新生婴儿的产品。

　　2015年5月至2017年7月期间，曾从事“学前”教育的龚某，因接触到不少新生婴儿的信息，在QQ群中认识了吴某，通过微信、QQ等联系方式，向吴某出售新生婴儿信息8千余条；向他人出售新生婴儿信息7千余条。

　　法院审理后对参与窃取、出售、收买的韩某、张某等8名被告，分别判处有期徒刑二年三个月至七个月不等；罚金5000元至2000元不等。
