一女子利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图、虚构已转账的事实，骗取多家店铺财物后被抓获。近日，石景山法院以诈骗罪判处被告人张某有期徒刑一年，并处罚金人民币一千元；责令被告人张某退赔赵某人民币一千二百元，退赔孙某人民币一万三千元，退赔顺义区某造型店人民币三千五百元，退赔张某人民币二百元。扣押于公安机关的服装十四件，由扣押机关发还被害人赵某。
据了解，2016年4月至5月期间，被告人张某利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图、虚构已转账的事实，骗取多家店铺财物：
一、2016年4月，被告人张某在被害人赵某经营的店铺内，利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图，虚构了向赵某转账人民币6000元的事实，骗取赵某人民币1200元现金以及服装、包等商品。
二、2016年5月，被告人张某在被害人孙某经营的店铺内及某商场等地，利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图，虚构向孙某转账人民币共计52 000元的事实，后共骗取孙某人民币13 000元现金以及鞋、包等商品。同年5月，被告人张某采取同样方式欲再骗取孙某人民币1万余元但未得逞。
三、2016年5月，被告人张某在某造型店内，利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图，虚构了向店内员工方某转账人民币6000元的事实，在该店办理了人民币6000元面额的会员卡并消费卡内金额人民币3500元。
四、2016年5月，被告人张某在被害人张甲经营的店铺内，利用伪造的支付宝账户转账截图，虚构了向张甲转账人民币2400元的事实，骗取张甲人民币200元现金以及服装、鞋等商品。另查，2016年5月被害人赵某将被告人张某带至公安机关接受调查。公安机关起获赵某被骗服装14件，现扣押于公安机关。
法院经审理后认为，被告人张某以非法占有为目的，采用虚构事实、隐瞒真相的方法，骗取他人财物，数额较大，其行为已构成诈骗罪，依法应予惩处。在第二起部分犯罪事实中，被告人张某已着手实施诈骗行为，因其意志以外的原因而未能得逞，系犯罪未遂；鉴于被告人张某到案后能够如实供述部分犯罪事实，当庭自愿认罪，可对其从轻处罚。据此，法院作出上述判决。
