中国网2月15日讯 2月7日清晨，一阵警笛声从松桃南收费站呼啸而来，打破了街头原有的宁静。从车上被民警押解下来的正是“2.03”强奸杀人焚尸案犯罪嫌疑人吴某某。在接到报警三天后，松桃警方在铜仁市局的指导支持下，多警协作、合成作战，经几昼夜的奋战，成功破获“2.03”强奸杀人焚尸案，抓获犯罪嫌疑人吴某某。
2月3日下午，松桃公安局接到群众报警称：在辖区正大乡某村一草坪发现一具已被烧焦的尸体。接警后，警方迅速赶赴现场开展调查工作。经现场勘验，初步认定死者系他杀焚尸。作案手段残忍，社会影响恶劣，松桃公安局党委高度重视，迅速成立了“2.03”专案组，由分管副局长王刚亲自坐镇指挥案件侦破工作。经民警走访调查结合法医检验结果，确定死者是本村嫁到外地的妇女吴某甲，且死者系被强奸杀害后焚尸。经几昼夜的奋战，民警最终锁定了犯罪嫌疑人吴某某，并于2月7日在吴某某家中将其抓捕归案。
经审讯，吴某某如实供述了其于年初在村外山坡上用砂刀威胁、绳子捆绑吴某甲后，将吴某甲强奸，因吴某甲说要将强奸一事告诉吴某某母亲，吴某某遂用砂刀将吴某甲砍死，随后又进行焚尸的犯罪事实。
目前，犯罪嫌疑人吴某某已被依法刑事拘留，案件正在进一步办理中。（秦国俊）
