中国中国最高人民法院院原副院长奚晓明一审被判无期徒刑 收受财物过亿

　　2017年2月16日，天津市第二中级人民法院公开宣判中国最高人民法院原副院长奚晓明受贿案，对被告人奚晓明以受贿罪判处无期徒刑，剥夺政治权利终身，并处没收个人全部财产；对奚晓明受贿所得财物及其孳息予以追缴，上缴国库。奚晓明当庭表示服判，不上诉。

　　经审理查明：1996年至2015年，被告人奚晓明先后担任中国最高人民法院经济审判庭副庭长、民事审判第二庭庭长、审判委员会委员、副院长期间，利用职务上的便利或者职务和工作中形成的便利条件，为相关单位和个人在案件处理、公司上市等事项上提供帮助，认可其亲属收受以及本人直接收受相关人员给予的财物共计折合人民币1.14596934亿元。

　　天津市第二中级人民法院认为，被告人奚晓明的行为构成受贿罪。鉴于奚晓明为他人谋利的行为绝大部分基于亲属接受行贿人请托，贿赂款项亦为亲属收受使用，其本人系事后知情；到案后能够如实供述自己的罪行，并主动交代办案机关尚未掌握的部分受贿犯罪事实；认罪悔罪，积极退赃，赃款赃物已全部追缴，具有法定、酌定从轻处罚情节，依法可以对其从轻处罚。法庭遂作出上述判决。（央视记者 奚丹霓 官志伟）
