  “辽宁舰”总设计师:中国水面舰艇研制能力已进入世界先进行列

  中新社上海2月18日电  (记者 许婧)中国船舰研究设计中心研究员、中国工程院院士朱英富18日在上海表示,中国水面舰艇研制水平和能力已进入世界先进行列。

  朱英富是在参加首届“高新船舶与深海开发设备”创新论坛时作上述表示的。他说,为适应国家防卫需求,近几年中国水面舰艇装备发展非常快速,可以说中国的新型水面舰艇取得了跨越式的提升,在国际上属于先进。通过这几年的努力,中国的水面舰艇研制水平和研制能力已经进入世界先进行列,这为中国海军执行远海防卫作战提供了有力的保障。

  朱英富长期从事中国大型水面舰艇设计,是中国第一艘航空母舰“辽宁舰”总设计师。他介绍说,近年来,中国水面舰艇的设计思想与设计理念始终瞄准国际前沿,吨位不断增长,远洋航行环境进一步优化,舰艇的信息感知能力、火力武备精准度、隐身技术等显著提高,在技术和能力体系上已经与世界海军强国站在了同一梯队。

  对于未来水面舰艇总体技术发展趋势,朱英富认为,中国水面舰艇技术发展将在智能化技术、绿色技术、综合电力技术、远程综合保障技术、以人为本的舱室环境与设施设计技术、海上无人系统技术等方面取得新的进展。中国的新型舰艇将以创新精神引领,融合军民智慧,抢占舰船装备新技术的制高点,实现弯道超车。

  此次论坛由上海交通大学牵头的高新船舶与深海开发装备协同创新中心主办,吸引了400多位高校、科研院所的专家学者和中海油、中船重工、中船工业等央企专家共同参与。
