近期，内蒙古冷空气活动频繁，气温起伏较大。预计明天（18日）起，受新一股冷空气影响，内蒙古中东部地区将迎来大风降雪天气过程，局地伴有扬沙天气，全区气温大幅下降，各地需注意防范。
15日-16日，内蒙古中部偏南和东北部地区迎来大风降雪天气，降雪主要出现在呼伦贝尔市。其中，呼伦贝尔市陈巴尔虎旗出现暴雪，降雪量11.0毫米，牙克石市、鄂温克旗、满洲里出现大雪，其余地区以小到中雪为主。降雪对牲畜出牧、觅食及饲养管理等有一定的影响。

同时，昨天起，全区气温有不同程度的下降。昨天白天，内蒙古大部地区日最低气温在-15℃以下。呼伦贝尔海拉尔、满洲里地区的气温已降至-34℃左右。今天全区大部天空转晴，但气温持续低迷，首府呼和浩特10时的气温只有-13℃，体感寒冷。而极端低温天气主要出现在呼伦贝尔地区，今晨6时图里河镇、根河市再次以-40℃的极寒气温占据中国低温排行榜榜首。
内蒙古气象台预计，18日08时至19日20时，内蒙古将迎来一次大范围降雪天气过程，局地伴有大风沙尘天气。其中，锡林郭勒盟大部、赤峰市、通辽市西南部、呼伦贝尔市中部有小雪；锡林郭勒盟东部、赤峰市东北部、通辽市西北部、中部、兴安盟东北部、呼伦贝尔市南部有中雪；锡林郭勒盟东北部、通辽市东北部、兴安盟西北部、中部和南部有大雪。阿拉善盟北部、巴彦淖尔市北部、包头市北部、乌兰察布市北部、锡林郭勒盟大部、赤峰市西北部有5、6级大风，局部地区伴有扬沙天气。
在降雪和冷空气的共同影响下，明天起全区气温也将有所下降，幅度在6℃左右，部分地区降温8℃以上。其中，阿拉善盟东部至兴安盟西部气温下降4到6℃，巴彦淖尔市至锡林郭勒盟中部、赤峰市西部气温下降6到8℃，鄂尔多斯市北部、包头市南部、呼和浩特市、乌兰察布市南部、锡林郭勒盟南部、赤峰市西南部气温下降8℃及以上。
近期气温波动较大，建议公众及时关注最新天气变化信息，注意防寒保暖，预防感冒等疾病的发生。此外，中西部地区有扬沙或浮尘天气，外出时请戴好口罩、头巾等，做好保护措施；同时还需防范低能见度对出行的不利影响。
