  近期,多篇中越边境地区扫雷的文章感动了网友,引起强烈反响。


  中越边境扫雷作业,是在亚热带山岳丛林地带进行,自然条件差、作业难度大、危险系数高。不少网友表示很心疼我们的扫雷兵,也很敬佩他们保家卫国的情怀。但也有网友提出质疑,在科技不断发展的今天,我们为何还要用人工去排雷?


  说实话,刚看到这样的评论时,我心里是不太舒服的。战友在前线冒着生命危险排雷,有人却在网上质疑?


  但转念一想,这些提出质疑的网友,何尝不是关心我们的战士,希望能最大限度减少伤亡。


  那么,中越边境扫雷为何不用机器人?为何要让战士近距离接触地雷呢?


  其实,这并非是对生命的漠视或是中国的扫雷装备不先进,更不是我们不爱惜战友的生命。


  真正的答案让人落泪


  我军扫雷装备不够先进?并非如此!


  我军先进扫雷装备有哪些?



遥控雷场清障车

  雷场清障车,是通过遥控操作的。具有在坡度小于40°的山地进行清障排爆作业的功能。该车具有较强的爬坡能力,操作手可以在1000米范围内实施无线遥控控制,完成扫除浅层防步兵地雷、清除灌木丛和铲运树木等任务,以电锤击爆地雷手雷等未爆炸物品,这期间即使产生爆破碎片或者冲击波都不会对操作员构成危险。



智能排雷机器人

  机器人扫雷可以部分替代人工,危险性相对较小,在植被较矮、较稀疏、地势平缓的区域很适用。犹如一个黑色的精灵,机敏地伸出探头,左右转动几下,细心地探测,不放过任何一个可疑角落。不仅提高了作业效率,还能有效避免伤亡!


  类似这样的扫雷装备还有很多,我们就不一一列举了……


  先进扫雷装备如此多,中越边境为何依然要用人工排雷?


  原因一:地形复杂,有些地方根本没有路


  中越边境扫雷作业,是在亚热带山岳丛林地带进行。


  这里山高坡陡林密,很多地方地势险峻,有的地方脚下就是陡峭的崖壁,有的地方根本没有路,机械化的排雷装备在很多地方根本派不上用场,堪称灵活的扫雷机器人也在这些陡坡和密林前寸步难行。



  在怪石林立的雷场,勇士们身着厚重的防护装具进行人工搜排作业。


  原因二:这种混合型雷场几乎是世界上最复杂的雷场


  据了解,埋设在中越边境上的地雷不仅有中式、越式地雷,因中越边境自卫还击作战中苏联和美国的介入,苏式、美式地雷也不少见。地雷种类更是有防坦克雷、防步兵雷、松发雷、绊发雷、跳雷、诡计雷等至少数十种。


  同时,时间的洗礼也是妨碍排雷工作的主要难题。


  从中越战争结束至今的几十年里,高温和地表水冲刷已严重腐蚀地雷和爆炸物。一场暴雨和洪水过后,地雷和爆炸物的位置有可能发生了改变,或裸露路边,或深埋土壤,或藏在石缝,或隐于小溪,让扫雷士兵防不胜防。


  这种密度大、类型多、变化大的混合型雷场最让排雷士兵头疼,几乎是全世界最复杂的雷场。


  在扫雷行动中,扫雷兵将根据不同的地形条件和雷场情况,采取人工搜排、火箭弹爆破扫雷、扫雷弹爆破排雷、纵火毁雷、机械扫雷和机器人排雷等方法,并非只是用探雷针、探雷器。


  虽然扫雷机器人等设备的加入能降低扫雷兵的危险,但这仍然是一个危险的任务。在现有的技术水平下,扫雷机器人、机械化扫雷、爆破排雷等方式都很难确保百分百清排彻底,无法解决深埋在土里的地雷,一些犄角旮旯很可能会被漏掉,稍有不慎就可能发生危险。


  从世界范围内,包括美军在内的发达国家军队,在扫雷排爆时应付如此复杂的情况,也只能更多地依赖人工搜排的办法。军迷们熟知的电影《拆弹部队》里,就有大量美军人工清排爆炸物的镜头。


  我们当然知道采用别的方式可以很大程度减少人员伤亡的可能性。但中越边境排雷的特殊性,却让我们的扫雷兵们必须挺身而出。因为——


  我们要确保我们的国土上,没有一寸土地遗留有地雷,必须“百分之百”安全。


  我们要确保移交给百姓的土地上,不能有一丝一毫的潜在危险,必须“百分之百”安全。


  我们要确保中国军人承担的使命里,不能打一丁点儿折扣,必须“百分之百”完成。


  为了这些“百分之百”,中国扫雷兵选择了让一些网友难以理解的方式,把危险留给了自己。


  当然,我们绝不是不爱惜战友的生命。


  为了最大限度的清除地雷,同时也为了保障官兵的安全,扫雷部队采取了许多必要的安全防护措施,还使用了十分先进的单兵装备,创新了很多人工扫雷的方式方法,并且我们还拥有严格的扫雷程序。



扫雷耙

  它叫扫雷耙,是我扫雷一线人员在扫雷实践中发明的。该扫雷耙构造简单,具有实用、轻便、制造成本低等特点,在中国中越边境大扫雷、援助非洲厄立特里亚等任务中发挥了重要作用。


  扫雷队员们用它将土轻轻地像剥洋葱一样一层一层从前往后把泥土耙到面前仔细观察,一个地方要耙三遍,不能深度太深以防用力过猛触发爆炸物。


  扫雷耙有四到五米长,这可以让战士与爆炸物保持一个安全距离,最大的优势在于加快扫雷进度的同时,把土壤掀开能更加直观地确认地雷的数量及位置,防止遗漏任何一颗地雷。



防护服

  扫雷官兵开始作业前,一定要穿上防护服,防护服一般有几十斤重,需要战友帮助才能穿戴上。



气压抛射扫雷器

  气压抛射扫雷器是将特制的锚钩抛射到雷区进行排雷的一种新型扫雷器材,最适用于排除绊发雷。它利用特制的气瓶喷嘴,将锚钩抛射到雷区,然后作业手再用线拉回射出的锚钩,利用锚钩将雷线勾出,从而达到排雷的目的。其射程为50~90米,具有体积小、重量轻、安全可靠、携带方便等特点。


  无论如何,军人的职业、军人的战位总是充满着各种各样可以预料或无法预知的风险。扫雷兵更是如此。从穿上这身军装起,军人就做好了一切准备,包括为国为民牺牲自己。


  他们手拉手验收雷场,让我们泪奔



  为了向世人证实移交的雷场已无地雷,扫雷指挥部官兵,通常会用中国军人独有的验证方式:手拉着手,徒步走过雷场的每一个角落,用自己的双脚证明这块曾经令人望而生畏的死亡地带已不存在残存的地雷。不管何种地貌,不管用何种工具排雷,雷场清理后移交至当地百姓时,扫雷官兵都要走一遍。


  有的网友会提出质疑:


  难道我们除了“手拉手验收雷场”就没有更好的验收方式了吗?


  其实,这不仅体现了扫雷兵们对自己工作绝对的自信,这更是一种中国军人式的血性担当。


  这些清理完毕的土地要给当地百姓生活使用,所以我们的扫雷兵们从不敢疏忽大意,因为他们明白,稍有不慎,就会造成人民群众的生命财产损失,造成不可弥补的后果。


  所以,我们不是因为没有先进的排雷装备,而是人工排雷更能确保万无一失。毕竟,百姓将会在这片土地播种,来年的春天,这里将会是另一番景象。



  英雄背后,留下一方平安净土。这片土地终会被百姓撒下希望的种子,来年春天,又是一片勃勃生机。


  当然,我们和广大网友一样都希望,有朝一日,技术的进步能够达到彻底替代人工的程度,让我们扫雷兵离危险越远越好!
