都靠搞关系,中国制造别想走向世界

代言要有勇气、担当和责任

讲到实体经济的代言,我的感触特别深,代言的背后要有分量,我觉得第一是勇气,第二是担当,第三是责任。

要讲我是网红的话,我非常感谢格力这两个标志,如果没有格力,谁也不会认识董明珠。格力在2016年的中国市场份额已经接近55%,我觉得能有不断的市场份额的增加,是因为消费者通过体验以后,对你真正投票,对你的尊重。我们是不是停留在这儿?我说不是,我们更应该往前跑,我们要跑向世界,让全世界都打上中中国国产品的标志。

中国制造,技术从哪里来?

改革开放的初期,中国是一个物资匮乏的时代,那时候还谈不上什么品质、质量、享受,有用就很好。那时候我们中国的制造业是以模仿为主,比如说在广东一些做生活电器产品的企业,基本上是到香港买一个产品回来一拆进行模仿,因为那时候物资匮乏,信息流通不够,所以大家是只要有就买了,那时候大家觉得很好,我都赚钱了。所以,很多企业家是停留在能赚钱就是一个好企业。

在今天,我们供给侧改革的时代已经不是简单的一个卖产品,而是我们要造出世界顶级的产品,我们要领先别人的先进技术。你技术从哪里来?我们还停留在过去仅仅靠一个合资,一个技术的引进,或者跟别人买一个品牌回来,我觉得那永远不是我们自己的东西。

在供给侧改革的时代,我们要有勇气挑战自己,我们更多的要花力气、花财力、花人力、花物力,要培养自己的人才,用大量的资金投入,不要舍不得装在口袋就认为是自己的,而要拿出资金进行研发投入,创造更好的技术,能够在这个领域站到最高的位置,让每个消费者感受到这个品牌的存在和力量,这就是我们企业家当下为实体经济代言的第一个词,就是勇气。

不要用一颗充满雾霾的心去做净化器

2012年我开人大会的时候,当时有人说董明珠你的机会来了?我说什么机会?你看,雾霾,你做一个净化器马上就赚钱了。我就在想,如果我做个净化器赚钱了,我们是用什么样的心态做产品呢?我们的心态是把别人的健康作为代价来开发我们的产品,来实现我们的利润,我认为它是没有价值的。

在2012年以后到今天,不是因为我们有了空气净化器所以雾霾没有了,而是我们的雾霾越来越严重了,所以我们要有一种责任和担当,所有生产产品的企业家首先第一想到的是不破坏环境,不以消耗资源为代价,那才是真正我们的初心,那才是我们的价值,是我们存在的必要。我觉得这个责任对我们企业家来说太重要了。

我们企业家在改革开放初期,可能是让自己富裕起来。今天的担当,是因为我们的存在要让世界,让中国的所有人,因为我们而更加富有,这就是我们担当。

买别人的技术永远不可能强大

净化器可能对我来说很容易,比如说当时我们买了一个瑞士的品牌,16000块钱在中国生产还供不应求,为什么?洋品牌。大家认为洋品牌就好。说洋品牌好的原因是对我们自己制造业的不信任,是因为我们没有技术。

既然是国际化,我们中国要能给世界做贡献,首先我们中国要强大起来,怎么强大?就是要有创造能力,而不能再寄希望于买别人的技术。我们经常讲我们现在已经很先进了,一看里面的核心部件,不是德国的就是日本的,你的东西在哪里?即使你造出来东西,扒开一看不是你的,还不是真正的实体经济发展的最终目标。所以我们要崛起,我们崛起的目的就是因为我们的存在改变了别人,我们的存在让别人感到温暖。这是责任。

我真的是很激动,因为我们不能退缩,既然你代言了,你就一定要在这个领域里面永远走在别人的前面,唯一能够走在前面的只有一句话,挑战自己,改变自己,只有一个敢于挑战自己,面对着所有的过去即使取得了成绩依然认为不满足,那你就能永远往前走,你才能名副其实做中国实体经济的代言。
