做为家庭安防的第一道屏障，防盗门对于保护我们的人身财产安全至关重要。但是近日在天津市消费者协会组织的一次防盗门比较试验中，央视记者却发现，不少防盗门的质量远没有达到国家标准的要求。
目前市场上防盗门整体的质量状况到底如何？你的家里安装的防盗门真的能防盗吗？
防盗门有国标 防盗等级分为四个级别

所谓防盗门全称为防盗安全门，指“配有防盗锁，在一定时间内可以抵抗一定条件下非正常开启，具有一定安全防护性能并符合相应防盗安全级别的门”。
也就是说，并不是什么门都能叫做防盗门，首先，防盗门必须配有防盗锁；其次，除了用配套的钥匙之外，防盗门不能轻易被打开。
此外，防盗门还有不同的防盗安全级别：国家强制标准《防盗安全门通用技术条件》中将防盗门分成甲、乙、丙、丁四个级别，不同级别的防盗门在钢板厚度、门锁抗破坏强度等各方面要求都不同。其中，丁级门防盗安全级别最低，甲级门防盗安全级别最高。

锁具防破坏试验：16个样品中9个不达标
天津市消协组织的这次比较试验一共采样16樘甲级防盗门样品，这16樘防盗门样品全部来自大型家装建材市场和防盗门专卖店，价格从最低1700元到最高3978元不等。
采样完成后，16个样品被送到了中国公安部安全与警用电子产品质量检测中心进行检测。国家标准《防盗安全门通用技术条件》中规定，甲级防盗门须配备B级锁，同时锁具部位防破坏时间须达到30分钟以上。

经检测，结果发现在门锁部位防破坏这个试验上，16个样品中有9个样品不符合准要求，不符合占比为56%。其中：
标称为龙裕、神将、能诚、日上牌防盗门样品锁具破坏时间分别为20分36秒、21分30秒、24分3秒和11分38秒，与标准中要求的大于等于30分钟有不小的差距；标称美心、飞云、龙阳和盼盼牌防盗门样品锁具部位破坏时间仅为个位数，分别为4分6秒、5分32秒、5分57秒和6分22秒；而检测人员在对标称甲级-福荣型步阳防盗门样品的锁具部位破坏时仅用了2分44秒，是在这个项目上表现最差的样品。
采访中，检测人员告诉记者，目前大多数防盗门生产厂家一般都是直接采购锁具，不排除一些厂家为了节省成本，违规使用了质量不过关的锁具与甲级防盗门配套销售。
门板厚度检测：16个样品中有10个不符合标准要求

调查中，记者了解到，防盗门门框和内外门板的厚度不仅与防盗门使用寿命息息相关，同时也直接关系着防盗门防破坏的强度，是反映防盗门质量好坏的重要指标之一。
专家介绍，根据现行国标17565-2007防盗安全门的标准，甲级防盗门的外板和内板厚度要求至少是1mm，外板1mm的误差国家标准要求是0.09，也就是说实测值要达到0.91mm，这是最低值。门框的厚度至少是2mm，它的误差是负0.15，也就是实测值要大于等于1.85mm才算合格。
16樘防盗门样品中，标称日上防盗门样品门框平均厚度为1.77mm，能诚防盗安全门样品门框平均厚度为1.82mm，飞云防盗门样品门框平均厚度为1.80mm、龙裕防盗门样品门框厚度为1.77mm，都不符合国家标准甲级钢制防盗门大于等于2mm的要求。
另外，标称日上防盗门样品内门扇钢板厚度实测值为0.77mm，外门扇厚度实测值为0.72mm，不仅与国家标准中甲级钢质门内外门扇大于等于1mm的要求有很大差距，实际厚度甚至连乙级防盗门的标准都没有达到。
结果经过检测，16个甲级防盗门样品中有10个样品不符合相关标准要求，占比为62.5%，这10个样品分别是标称为：

接下来，天津市消协还对全部16个甲级防盗门样品进行了全面破拆。检测人员告诉记者，防盗门除了两层钢板和门框之外，内部一般会填充蜂窝纸、发泡材料、岩棉等不同材料，起到防火、隔音、防风等作用。这些填充物很容易破坏，所以防盗门要想做得结实，除了钢板、门框要达标之外，内部设置加强骨架就显得尤为必要。专家说，这些内容虽然在现行国家标准当中不作要求，但恰恰是消费者无法直接看到却与防盗门安全强度密切相关的部分。经过检测结果发现：16个样品中有6个样品填充物周围没有任何加强骨架。专家提醒
防盗门是有国家标准的，在销售时企业和商家不能随意制造概念。防盗门一般在防盗门内侧门扇或者门框偏上部位都印有防盗安全级别，如果没有标记则说明不是防盗门。
