之前格力电器老总董明珠抱怨,称90后不愿意去实体经济工作,更喜欢开网店,“这一代人对我们国家经济的发展是有隐患的”。现在很多大学毕业生的首选是互联网、金融行业,实际上实体经济对GDP的拉动最为显著,1块钱的出口能带到5倍到7倍的GDP增长。今后纯粹依靠农民工供给人力资源的公司会越来越少,大学生的就业预期也要逐步下移更接地气,选择格力、富士康这些带有工厂文化色彩的公司其实是理念进步,更是实体经济情怀的体现。

当然,富士康为招募人才,给大学生送股票、送房子之外,也要改善员工工作环境,确保员工合法权益,升级企业文化,唯有摘除“血汗工厂”的帽子,才能吸引更多大学生主动来富士康工作。毕竟,光靠“实体经济报国”的情怀鼓动,是难以让高素质大学生心甘情愿投身富士康的。
